Portland to issue violation against ICE facility under siege by Antifa extremists
Portland, Oregon, Mayor Keith Wilson (D) announced his administration will be issuing a “land use violation” to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in the southern portion of the city for alleged violations surrounding Antifa constantly protesting the building.
According to Wilson’s office, an overview of federal records “from a 10-month period show more than two dozen detention policy violations of the facility’s land use conditions of approval with the city, which does not allow detainees to be kept overnight or held for more than 12 hours.”
The crowds often stand in front of the driveway in an attempt to prevent federal vehicles from entering or leaving.
The city is also taking issue with a “second violation related to boarded windows, which is not associated with the land use approval.”
Wooden boards have had to be placed over the building’s windows and doors to prevent damage to the glass and walls due to the ongoing protests, riots, and vandalism from Antifa and far-left activists.
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement made clear detention limitation commitments to our community, and we believe they broke those policies more than two dozen times,” said Wilson. “I am proud of our team for conducting a thorough, thoughtful investigation, and referring the matter to the next steps in the land use violation process.”

The Department of Homeland Security will be given 30 days after receiving the notice of violation “to correct the issue. If there is substantial evidence of violation, a fine can be issued.”
A request for comment from DHS on the alleged violations was not returned in time for publication.
The ICE facility in the Rose City has long been a target for local far-left and communist radicals. The location was targeted during the 2020 BLM and Antifa riots, continuing until Joe Biden’s inauguration in 2021. With the Trump administration’s renewed crackdown on illegal aliens, Antifa activists have doubled their efforts to attack the building and federal agents.
The crowds often stand in front of the driveway in an attempt to prevent federal vehicles from entering or leaving, forcing agents to remove them physically or with crowd-control munitions.

Senate unanimously passes touching resolution honoring Charlie Kirk
The Senate unanimously voted to pass a resolution honoring Charlie Kirk following his horrific assassination.
The resolution, which was spearheaded by Republican Sen. Rick Scott of Florida, will make Kirk’s birthday a national day of remembrance, commemorating the beloved conservative activist. Scott’s resolution passed the Senate unanimously on Thursday, making October 14 a National Day of Remembrance for Charlie.
‘This is just a flag, planted on a hill. What matters is where we carry it next.’
“Charlie was taken from us in a disgusting act of political violence on September 10, 2025, but his legacy lives on,” Scott said on the Senate floor. “Charlie will long be remembered for his love of God, his family, and this great nation, and the impact he had on each and every one of us.”
“We have the opportunity to carry on his memory by believing in the power of ideas, discussion, and the value of our nation,” Scott added.
“Let us honor Charlie by believing in the power of our ideas to win the day and leave this nation a better place,” he continued.

The resolution also commends Kirk as a “champion of free speech, dialogue, and faith,” recognizing the countless contributions he made in just 31 years.
Other lawmakers have made similar efforts to memorialize Kirk. Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah led a resolution to condemn Kirk’s assassination and praise his “outstanding legacy.” Like Scott’s resolution, Lee’s passed the Senate unanimously.

The House is also expected to hold a vote Friday on a resolution condemning the political violence that resulted in Kirk’s assassination. Democratic leaders have conveyed behind closed doors that they will support the resolution, but they are not pressuring the rest of their party to vote in favor of it.

Female avatar appointed as Europe’s first AI government official
An Eastern European country has appointed a new minister, and it is not a real person.
For the last few years there have been discussions about implementing artificial intelligence in Ukraine to help with its judicial system due to its lack of available judges. The country even introduced an AI spokesperson for its foreign ministry in 2024.
However, another European nation has beaten Ukraine to the punch and officially appointed an AI entity to a government position.
‘One day, we might even have a ministry run entirely by AI.’
Public tenders, which refers to bids made by companies to supply goods or services to the government, will now be handled by artificial intelligence in Albania.
Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama stated on Friday that the AI “minister” will be trusted to stamp out corruption in the government.
The minister will be a “member of the Cabinet who is not present physically but has been created virtually from artificial intelligence.”
The AI minister, named Diella — which translates to “Sun” according to the Associated Press — will be “100% free of corruption” and will help government efficiency while providing full transparency, the prime minister said.
Diella has already been implemented as a virtual assistant on Albania’s online public services, helping users navigate government websites and deal with digital documents.

Rama has been calling for AI to be in use for his government for many months. As reported by RBC-Ukraine, he suggested in August that AI could fight corruption at the highest levels.
“One day, we might even have a ministry run entirely by AI. That way, there would be no nepotism or conflicts of interest,” he reportedly said.
He also expressed interest in having AI govern the country from the top down, the outlet stated.
Rama has been attending World Economic Forum meetings since at least 2014 and is noted on the organization’s website.

“The world is moving towards digital infusion, and that will likely, in my view, backfire in the long run,” said Lewis Brackpool, director of investigations for Restore Britain.
“Albania’s AI appointment may in turn show an oxymoronic, two-tiered approach by implementing it. The concern is not whether AI can be used for good sometimes, but the emphasis is on whether it is, in fact, corruption-proof,” Brackpool told Blaze News.
Brackpool asked, “Who programmed the algorithm? What are his or her views? Have these views been included within its database? As Albania’s primary ideological governmental structure is based on socialism, will this coincide with the inherent bias of the machine?”
The Albanian government is run by Rama’s Socialist Party, which won its fourth consecutive term in May. The party controls 83 of the 140 seats. Other parties in the country include the Democratic Party of Albania, which is the opposition party, described as center-right and opposed to communism.
Other parties with seats include the progressive Freedom Party (formerly labeling themselves socialists), and the Social Democratic Party.

Trump reveals why the US is trying to get back Bagram Air Base
President Donald Trump revealed during a joint press conference on Thursday with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer that the U.S. is working on regaining control of Bagram Air Base in the Parwan Province of Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
“We’re trying to get it back,” said Trump. “We’re trying to get it back because [the Taliban] need[s] things from us.”
The Soviets built the airfield 27 miles north of Kabul and 400 miles west of China in the 1950s and controlled it until their withdrawal from the country in the late 1980s. After overthrowing the previous Taliban regime in 2001, the United States took control of the base and made massive improvements.

During the Biden administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan two decades later — during which the ISIS-Khorasan suicide bombing outside Hamid Karzai International Airport claimed the lives of 11 Marines, a soldier, and a sailor and wounded 45 other service members — the 30 square mile airfield was given to the Afghan National Army, which promptly surrendered the base to Taliban forces.

In his first Cabinet meeting after retaking office, Trump hinted that he might condition continued American aid to Afghanistan on the U.S. retaking control of the airfield.
Trump also criticized Biden’s botched withdrawal, noting that “we were going to keep Bagram — not because of Afghanistan but because of China.”
“It’s exactly one hour away from where China makes its nuclear missiles,” said Trump. “We were going to keep a small force on Bagram. We were going to have Bagram Air Base, one of the biggest air bases in the world, one of the biggest runways.”
When pressed for comment, the State Department referred Blaze News to the White House, which did not immediately respond.
The Federation of American Scientists revealed in 2021 that satellite imagery indicated that China was constructing a nuclear missile silo field in eastern Xinjiang, the Chinese province that shares a border with Afghanistan.
The distance between Bagram and the airfield is over 1,414 miles as the crow flies. The communist nuclear missile silos in Yumen, Gansu Province, are approximately 930 to 1,000 miles away from Bagram by air.
The Washington, D.C.-based Orion Policy Institute noted in a March policy brief that:
since relinquishing control of Bagram Air Base in July 2021, the U.S. lacks a military presence in or near Central Asia. If the U.S. regained control of Bagram Airbase, it could reassert U.S. influence in the region, counter China’s growing influence, combat China’s growing nuclear capabilities, and better protect the U.S. from the growing terrorist threats.
Trump reiterated on Thursday, “We want that base back, but one of the reasons we want the base is, as you know, it’s an hour away from where China makes its nuclear weapons. So a lot of things are happening.”

Liberals conveniently forget how many people they’ve canceled in the last decade
Liberals are up in arms about Jimmy Kimmel’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” getting suspended by broadcaster ABC, claiming conservatives have been hypocritical over the ordeal.
Kimmel found himself in hot water after claiming that Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin was of the same political tribe as Kirk, saying, “The MAGA gang [is] desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”
‘Remember when you and your wife called Bob Iger to have me fired?’
Even President Barack Obama has spoken out about Kimmel, saying on X, “After years of complaining about cancel culture,” the Trump administration has “taken it to a new and dangerous level by routinely threatening regulatory action against media companies unless they muzzle or fire reporters and commentators it doesn’t like.”
However, the liberal elites and their late-night mouthpieces have seemingly forgotten about the high-profile cancellations that have occurred in recent years, especially those involving people on the other side of the political spectrum.
For instance, Roseanne Barr had her iconic 2018 comeback stymied over what were considered by the media to be “racist tweets.”
Barr’s show “Roseanne” had a thunderous return to the very same airwaves as Kimmel on ABC, but even though she had the most-watched show of the year, she was still booted from her own creation.
Barr even responded to President Obama’s post on Thursday, saying, “Remember when you and your wife called Bob Iger to have me fired?” referring to the CEO of the Walt Disney Company, which owns ABC.
The comedian is just one of many personalities who lost their jobs as a result of their speech.

Who can forget that Gina Carano, also employed by Disney, was fired in February 2021 after she made posts online that mocked the use of pronouns while also criticizing COVID-19 policies?
She was promptly kicked from Disney’s “The Mandalorian,” with studio Lucasfilm saying, “Her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”
Tucker Carlson was famously fired by Fox News in April 2023 for what some say was a result of his hammering of the January 6, 2021, investigations. However, Carlson claimed his firing was a requirement of the $787.5 million settlement Fox had agreed to with Dominion Voting Systems.
Another conveniently forgotten cancellation from the left was Alex Jones, who was simultaneously taken off of every major platform in 2018. YouTube, Apple, Spotify, and Facebook all took Jones’ Infowars off their sites for allegedly promoting violence and hate speech.
Jones’ take on Sandy Hook, Comet Pizza, and the Parkland, Florida, shootings were cited as reasons for removing Jones not from just radio stations, but from entire platforms that are meant to be public for all.

Author J.K. Rowling was blacklisted from a reunion for her own project in 2021 over her unwillingness to accept males as females. She was also banned from certain “Harry Potter” projects for the same reason.
Almost every star of “Harry Potter” has condemned Rowling’s comments and views, which have amounted to, essentially, not wanting trans-identifying men to be allowed in women’s spaces.
Liberals certainly did not shed any tears for Megyn Kelly when she was fired by NBC in 2018. The morning show host dared to say that if a non-black person wanted to dress as a black character for Halloween, it should be allowed.
“Truly, you do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface at Halloween or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween. Back when I was a kid, that was OK, as long as you were dressing up as, like, a character,” she said, per the Associated Press.
Leftists did not defend Kelly then and treated the situation as if she had been advocating for the mockery of all black people.
Last but not least, BlazeTV’s own Glenn Beck departed from Fox News Channel in 2011 at the behest of Media Matters. In fact, not only did the activist group proudly claim the victory, but executives openly said they would monitor whoever replaced Beck.
“We monitor Beck’s 5 p.m. show on Fox. Whoever is in at 5 p.m., we’re still going to monitor,” said Media Matters executive vice president Ari Rabin-Havt.
Though Beck was drawing in more than 2 million viewers per show at the time, Media Matters targeted the show’s advertisers, which eventually caved.

Dave Portnoy offers the most sensible take on Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension — but it will anger liberals
Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy has experienced what it’s like to be canceled.
It has been almost four years since Business Insider trampled on Portnoy’s image by seemingly reaching out to any, or all, women in his past in an attempt to paint him as “violent” toward them during sex; the word “sex” appeared 27 times in the the outlet’s story.
‘Jimmy Kimmel isn’t being successful enough … to keep him on the air.’
At the time, Portnoy slammed the outlet as his new mortal enemy and rejected every assertion up and down.
Now, Portnoy’s experience with cancellation have shined through in his take on Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension from ABC, following Kimmel’s disprovable claims about Charlie Kirk’s alleged murderer.
Portnoy took to his social media on Thursday to say he did not think Kimmel was being “canceled.”
“To me Cancel culture is when people go out of their way to dig up old tweets, videos etc looking for dirt on somebody they don’t like in an effort to get them fired,” Portnoy wrote on X.
“Like if Kimmel got canceled for s**t he did on the Man Show that would be cancel culture,” he added. “But when a person says something that a ton of people find offensive, rude, dumb in real time and then that person is punished for it that’s not cancel culture.”
Portnoy was likely referring to Kimmel doing blackface on his 19990-2003 show to impersonate former NBA player Karl Malone, which Kimmel apologized for in 2020.
“That is consequences for your actions,” Portnoy added.
Portnoy explained in a follow-up video that when sponsors, networks, and even bosses are involved, there will always be caveats on what one can say.

Portnoy revealed that when Penn Entertainment bought Barstool Sports in 2023, part of the agreement was that he would not “make fun of politics and government employees.”
The entrepreneur explained that Penn, which runs gaming sites and casinos, did not want Portnoy or his staff poking fun at those who control gambling licenses.
“Whenever you work for a company, or work for somebody else, and you are … creating headaches for the people up top, you’re forced with a decision,” Portnoy continued. He stated that he did not think conservatives were engaging in cancel culture and being hypocritical in relation to Kimmel.
“What happened to Kimmel, I would say, is consequences for your actions in real time.”

Portnoy went on to claim that Kimmel’s situation was simply the broadcaster’s way of stating that viewers in its markets do not want to see that type of content. He stressed, “This is not a free-speech issue to me.”
“This is a capitalist market,” the 48 year old added.
Finally, Portnoy argued that if Kimmel is “creating more headaches than he is bringing in benefit,” he, like anyone else, could get the boot.
Nielsen ratings have shown a significant drop in viewership for Kimmel in recent years, down to about one-fourth of what they were in 2013. In 2025, his show has ratings around 0.16, which is considered extremely low and at risk of being taken off the air.

If radical Islam was terror, why isn’t transgender extremism?
In 2016, Donald Trump blasted President Obama for refusing to use the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism.” Trump argued that any leader unwilling to name America’s enemy lacked the moral clarity to defend the nation and serve as president. He was right then — and he’s right now.
Today, America faces another threat that must be called by its name: transgender ideology-inspired violence and extremism. The Oversight Project is calling on the FBI to formally designate TIVE as domestic terrorism. We urge every American to demand the same. Political correctness cannot be allowed to obscure a growing danger.
Twenty-four years after 9/11, we should know better than to ignore clear warning signs.
The need has never been clearer. Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a man steeped in TIVE ideology, as indicated by the shell casings, text messages, his homosexual relationship with a man claiming to be transgender, and other obvious indicators. Online communities of TIVE adherents continue celebrating the murder. Federal investigators are now probing groups that appear to have had foreknowledge of the attack.
That assassination was not an isolated event. In August, Robert Westman fired through the windows of Annunciation Catholic Church, gunning down parishioners and killing two children. In May, Jared Ravizza stabbed six people, including children, in a Massachusetts movie theater. In 2023, Audrey Hale killed six at the Covenant School. And in 2022, Nicholas Roske, a man who identified as a transgender woman, attempted to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
This list barely scratches the surface. The pattern is clear: TIVE adherents treat disagreement as violence. Anyone who refuses to affirm their delusions becomes an enemy whose mere existence justifies reprisal. From that warped premise, violent acts naturally follow.
Why a federal designation matters
A domestic terrorism designation would give the FBI the tools to map networks, deploy undercover operations, and share intelligence with state and local agencies. The federal definition of domestic terrorism already covers the tactics TIVE adherents employ — assassination, mass shootings, intimidation, and coercion.
Other categories already exist, from racially motivated extremism to animal rights terrorism. TIVE qualifies under the same standard, and its record of violence suggests it could soon eclipse those groups in lethality.
Anticipating the pushback
The left will accuse us of labeling all transgender people as terrorists. That is false. TIVE does not mean transgender identity itself — it means adopting an ideology that frames disagreement as violence and legitimizes retaliation. One need not be transgender to adopt TIVE, as the suspected assassin Tyler Robinson illustrates.
The politically correct right will take another route. Fearing criticism, they will prefer vague labels that blunt the truth. Just this week, FBI Director Kash Patel unveiled a catch-all category designed to offend no one: “nihilistic violent extremism.” But TIVE does not fit. These attackers do not believe life is meaningless. They believe in a utopia purged of ideological opponents. That is not nihilism. That is fanaticism.

As Trump said: If you cannot define your enemy, you are not fit to lead.
Some may argue that Trump’s designation of Antifa as a terrorist group on Wednesday already addresses this threat. But Antifa represents a broader spectrum of anarchist and far-left ideologies. TIVE stands apart. It grows out of transgender ideology and channels rage into acts of targeted violence, often against Christians and conservatives.
America can, and does, face multiple domestic terror movements at once.
Time for political will
Twenty-four years after 9/11, we should know better than to ignore clear warning signs. If jihadists with Arabic last names had carried out the recent wave of attacks, Washington would be in crisis mode. Instead, we get euphemisms and excuses.
This problem can be solved. But only if leaders show the political will to act. Designating TIVE as domestic terrorism would allow law enforcement to disrupt networks before they strike again. It would send a clear message: America will not tolerate ideologies that sanctify violence.
Until that happens, every church service, every school day, and every public gathering risks becoming the next target. Naming the enemy is the first step to defeating it.

Florida’s lieutenant governor seeks to supercharge accountability in wake of Kirk assassination
Florida’s new lieutenant governor, Jay Collins, is no stranger to being on the front lines. Prior to entering politics, Collins served as a Green Beret in the Army Special Forces in places like Iraq and Afghanistan.
Now, his battles are in Florida and are political in nature, but it’s a mission that he takes seriously in order to ensure the gains the state has made under Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) are not squandered. Collins was a state senator when DeSantis appointed him in August to replace former Lieutenant Gov. Jeanette Nuñez (R), who stepped down from the position in February to become president of Florida International University.
‘People just crave leadership that just cares about them.’
Collins’ preferred leadership style was put on display when he flew to California to oversee the transfer of the illegal alien truck driver who was taken into custody in Stockton after allegedly causing a fatal car crash in Florida by attempting to do an illegal U-turn.
“Those are three lives cut short that ended early because [of] this guy who couldn’t read road signs, doesn’t speak English. … What are we going to do? Let Gavin Newsom play games? We had zero faith that he was going to follow through and do the right thing. So why would we not have leadership on the ground?” Collins told Blaze News regarding his reason for going to California.
“We believe in government that will not only hold people accountable, we will go to great measures to make sure that accountability happens,” he continued.
Collins said the flight back to Florida with the suspect, Harjinder Singh, was “odd” and that he did not talk much other than to say he liked Chick-fil-A.
Collins said he has not been too surprised with anything relating to the duties of lieutenant governor. “I’m a fan of measuring twice, maybe thrice before you cut,” he said. However, he has noted how much people “want on-the-ground leadership.”
“Everywhere we go … people just crave leadership that just cares about them,” Collins continued. “It’s been exciting to see that.”
Reacting to Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk being assassinated by a far-left suspect last week, Collins said that “there’s so much at stake” for the direction of the country in the aftermath of such a tragic event.

“[Kirk’s] approach to civil discourse and discussion and just confronting people with love, with curiosity, and curiosity, and conversation was amazing. To see somebody who believed in our American ideas … to that degree being taken is heartbreaking,” Collins explained, adding his concern with how the left has responded with violence to people like Kirk.
With DeSantis being term-limited, Collins could jump into the governor’s race and has not ruled it out. If he decides to run for the top position, he would have to go against Rep. Byron Donalds (R), who already has the endorsement of President Donald Trump.

Mahmoud Khalil calls Trump administration ‘fascist’ after immigration judge orders his deportation
The former Columbia University grad student who is accused of supporting terrorism through his pro-Palestinian protesting has been ordered by an immigration judge to be deported.
Mahmoud Khalil’s cause has been taken up by many on the left who accuse the Trump administration of unlawfully supporting Israel and discriminating against supporters of the Palestinian cause. The administration has argued that Khalil’s actions violated the provisions of his immigration status by terrorizing Jewish students.
‘This Court cannot and will not condone such an action by granting a discretionary waiver.’
Immigration Judge Jamee Comans found that Khalil had “willfully misrepresented” material facts on an immigration application “for the sole purpose of circumventing the immigration process and reducing the likelihood his applications could be denied.”
“This Court cannot and will not condone such an action by granting a discretionary waiver,” the Louisiana-based judge added.
Comans denied Khalil’s request for a waiver preventing his removal from the U.S., but Khalil’s attorneys said they have 30 days to file an appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Khalil is a citizen of Algeria who came to the U.S. from Syria on a student visa in 2022. The administration accused him of withholding information about his membership to several groups, including the United Nations Relief and Works Agency of Palestine Refugees as well as the Columbia University Apartheid Divest organization.

“It is no surprise that the Trump administration continues to retaliate against me for my exercise of free speech. Their latest attempt, through a kangaroo immigration court, exposes their true colors once again,” a statement from Khalil reads.
“When their first effort to deport me was set to fail, they resorted to fabricating baseless and ridiculous allegations in a bid to silence me for speaking out and standing firmly with Palestine, demanding an end to the ongoing genocide,” he continued. “Such fascist tactics will never deter me from continuing to advocate for my people’s liberation.”
Comans’ order was made on Friday but was filed on Wednesday.

Florida nurse learns fate after husband caught her having sex with stepson; boy’s mom blasts ‘incestuous pedophile’
A former Florida nurse learned her fate after she pleaded “no contest” to a child sex crime, in which she sexually assaulted her stepson.
As Blaze News previously reported, 35-year-old Alexis Von Yates was accused of engaging in sexual activities with a minor.
‘Ms. Yates told victim that she was ‘horny.”
Von Yates originally was charged with sexual battery on a person 12 to 18 years of age by a person in familial custody, a first-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $10,000 fine.
However, Von Yates agreed last month to a plea deal on a lesser charge of lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16.
On Tuesday, Von Yates was sentenced to serve two years in state prison, followed by two years of community control and 10 years of sex offender probation, according to the New York Post. Von Yates also is required to complete 200 hours of community service and pay fines and court costs. The judge ordered her to have no contact with the victim.
Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy McCourt noted that the victim and his mother said they were “one hundred percent in agreement with the sentencing,” according to the New York Post.
However, the mother of the boy blasted Von Yates as an “incestuous pedophile” who groomed her son.
During the sentencing hearing, the victim’s mom claimed Von Yates showed no remorse for her “despicable actions” and slammed her a “coward,” Fox News reported.

“His father worked late hours as a lineman,” the arrest affidavit reads. “The child victim was hanging out with his stepmother while she was taking care of his younger siblings. … Around 11 p.m., the two of them began relaxing on the couch, ‘hitting’ a THC cartridge together while playing a video game. Several hours later … they decided to watch a movie.”
Von Yates and her stepson both agreed that the movie was “boring,” the affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office states.
“Ms. Yates told victim that she was ‘horny,'” the affidavit notes. “Victim laid on top of Ms. Yates. Ms. Yates allowed victim to kiss Ms. Yates’ neck, pull down Ms. Yates’ shorts and underwear to her ankles.”
Von Yates and the victim engaged in sexual acts, including sexual intercourse, according the affidavit, which also noted that Von Yates’ husband “walked in” on his wife sexually abusing his 15-year-old son.
Once the father witnessed his son running to the bathroom and noticed that his wife was unclothed, he called Von Yates a “child predator,” removed his son from the house, and dropped him off at the boy’s grandparents’ home, the affidavit states.
The Florida Department of Health suspended Von Yates’ nursing license shortly after her arrest on Nov. 6, 2024.

FBI SCANDAL: Docs reveal deep state was targeting Trump and Charlie Kirk
Under the Biden administration, the FBI launched a covert operation code-named “Arctic Frost” in 2022 — a sweeping probe that has now been exposed as a blatant weaponization of federal power against conservatives.
Thanks to whistleblower disclosures and new Senate releases from Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), we now have leaked documents revealing that this partisan witch hunt targeted a staggering 92 Republican-linked individuals and groups, including the late Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA, in a clear effort to silence Trump allies and dismantle the conservative movement.
Arctic Frost “was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus,” Grassley said on September 16, 2025, during his opening remarks at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the FBI.
Blaze News editor in chief and co-host of “Blaze News: The Mandate” Matthew Peterson is appalled by this latest development. “This is a broad investigation, in other words, of political opponents,” he says.
The inclusion of Turning Point USA alongside “J6$” — a term tied to the January 6, 2021, Capitol events, where hundreds of peaceful protesters faced unjust imprisonment and severe fines — reveals the deep state’s view of Charlie Kirk’s organization.
“This means that, you know, these organizations and people are being investigated and can be surveilled by the federal government. This is the kind of widespread activity that was common under the last administration,” says Peterson.
Blaze Media senior politics editor Christopher Bedford says these new Arctic Frost revelations aren’t surprising at all when put into context. “This operation was launched in the spring of 2022, which is basically geared up around the time that President Trump was getting ready to come back and win. And President Biden wasn’t doing so hot in the polls, and Vice President Kamala Harris wasn’t doing so hot in the polls,” he recalls.
Bedford explains that Arctic Frost was the latest in a six-year FBI-Democrat campaign — starting with former FBI Director James Comey’s anti-Trump conspiracies and raids, followed by relentless January 6 interrogations targeting GOP operatives’ finances — to dismantle the Republican Party through baseless investigations.
The FBI and Democrats behind Arctic Frost were desperate to keep their actions hidden, Bedford says, because they knew that Trump, if re-elected, would uncover the “receipts” of their misconduct. Stupidly, they banked on him going to prison or never returning to power, but now they’re facing the music. “They are guilty as sin,” says Bedford.
Peterson stresses the need to “clean house.”
“You have tens of thousands of people who have been trained now for a long time such that they think this is a-okay. They were perfectly willing to go along with investigating 92 Republican linked groups…two years after the election to surveil and investigate political opponents of the sitting president,” he says.
“This is not something that’s acceptable; it’s not something that we can allow to be normalized; and it’s something that’s going to require deep structural reform and getting tens of thousands people out of there.”

Office Depot fires employees for refusal to print Charlie Kirk memorial posters
A customer planned to use an Office Depot in Michigan to print a poster of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk for a prayer vigil — but one employee refused to fulfill the customer’s order, dismissing it as “political propaganda.”
In a video of the altercation, the customer can be heard asking store employees about the order. “Yeah, so we don’t print propaganda,” the woman who identified herself as the store manager explains.
“It’s propaganda. I’m sorry. We don’t print that here,” she continued.
Confused, the customer asked what makes the posters propaganda, to which the employee replied, “Because he’s a political figure.”
The posters boasted a black-and-white image of Kirk and featured the phrase, “The Legendary Charlie Kirk 1993–2025.”
Office Depot responded to the incident by firing the employee and releasing a statement explaining that it was “deeply concerned by the incident that occurred at Store 3382 in Portage, Michigan.”
“The behavior displayed by our associate is completely unacceptable and insensitive, violates our company policies, and does not reflect the values we uphold at Office Depot.”
“On behalf of the company, we sincerely apologize for this regrettable situation,” it added.
“A little smarty pants there got fired,” BlazeTV host Pat Gray comments on “Pat Gray Unleashed.”
Gray calls the Office Depot response, which was amended to explain that multiple employees were terminated, “swift” and “satisfying.”
“If you believe people deserve to be shot for their opinions,” executive producer Keith Malinak says, “Don’t cry when you get fired for yours.”

MAHA agenda scores major win with announcement from food giant
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s efforts to Make America Healthy Again have consistently been paying off in the steep uphill battle against Big Pharma and Big Food. This week, a large food manufacturer joined the ranks of corporations making big changes to their ingredients in the furtherance of the MAHA agenda.
On Monday, Tyson Foods announced that it will be removing some junk ingredients from several of its brands.
‘Our decision to remove high fructose corn syrup and other ingredients reflects our ongoing commitment to feeding the world like family.’
The press release states that it plans to remove high fructose corn syrup, sucralose, butylated hydroxyanisole/butylated hydroxytoluene, and titanium oxide by the end of 2025.
“We continuously review and assess our product portfolio to ensure the highest quality products that meet the needs of consumers,” said Donnie King, president and CEO of Tyson Foods. “Our decision to remove high fructose corn syrup and other ingredients reflects our ongoing commitment to feeding the world like family, while preserving the taste, value, and integrity that define our iconic brands.”

While the press release insists that all of these ingredients are FDA-approved and safe to use, critics have raised concerns over their safety in higher doses and extended periods of time. In particular, scientists have questioned the toxicity levels of BHA and BHT.
Titanium dioxide, according to the Industrial Plating Company’s website, “is a hard and dense ceramic coating. It is used for a variety of coating applications, including wear resistance and electrically conductive coatings.” When it is not being used for industrial-grade ceramic coatings, food companies have used it as an additive to increase the whiteness or opacity of food.
Among the brands that will see changes to their ingredients are Tyson, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Wright, State Fair, Aidells, and ibp, according to the press release.
Earlier this year, Tyson Foods announced that it would remove “petroleum-based synthetic dyes from its domestic-branded products.”
Tyson Foods did not immediately respond to Blaze News’ request for comment.

Trump signs new tech deal with UK
On the last day of his state visit to the United Kingdom, President Trump joined Prime Minister Keir Starmer for a meeting and to sign a new U.S.-U.K. agreement on tech and AI. Starmer called the deal “a blueprint to win this new era together.”
The day began at Windsor Castle with a military band performance and an impressive flyover from the RAF’s Red Arrows. Trump then traveled to Chequers — the country residence of the U.K. prime minister — to meet with Starmer.
Trump called the agreement ‘the next logical step’ in what he called ‘the Anglo-American alliance.’
After the closed-doors meeting, Trump and Starmer spoke briefly at a reception with U.S. leaders in tech and AI and then officially signed the Technology Prosperity Deal. In addressing the deal, Starmer emphasized the “incredible relationship” between the two countries, saying, “It comes down to leaders, of course, leaders who respect one another.”
Both Trump and Starmer focused on the strength of their personal relationship and the strength of U.S.-U.K. relations. Trump characterized these ties as “priceless” and pointed to the new deal as “making those ties closer than ever before.”

The deal focuses on AI, quantum computing, and nuclear energy through joint funding, resource sharing, and cooperation between the governments and top tech companies of both nations. Highlights include the creation of a U.S.-U.K. task force on quantum computing, cutting back regulations, and investing in the U.K.’s nuclear energy sector.
Starmer characterized the deal as “U.S. capital and entrepreneurial spirit combined with British ideas and ingenuity.” He praised the economic effects of the deal, saying, “It means life-changing investments across the U.K.”
Trump called the agreement “the next logical step” in what he called “the Anglo-American alliance.” He praised the strength of U.S.-U.K. relations and went on to say that “together we are building up the industrial capacity of both our countries.” He characterized the new deal as opening up “new government, academic, and private sector cooperation.”
President Trump and the first lady departed for the U.S. in the late afternoon.

‘Exactly what he wanted’: Charlie Kirk’s widow is taking over as CEO of Turning Point USA
Erika Kirk, the widow of assassinated Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, stated shortly after her husband’s death, “They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God’s merciful love. But they should all know this: If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea — you have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country.”
‘We will not surrender or kneel before evil. We will carry on.’
“You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife,” continued Mrs. Kirk. “The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry. To everyone listening tonight across America: The movement my husband built will not die. It won’t. I refuse to let that happen.”
Megyn Kelly, one of the fallen patriot’s friends to guest-host “The Charlie Kirk Show” in Phoenix this week, revealed on Thursday with the show’s executive producer, Andrew Kolvet, that Kirk’s widow will take a leading role in fulfilling Charlie’s mission — as CEO and board chair of Turning Point USA.
“This is exactly what he wanted,” said Kolvet.
“It had to be, right?” said Kelly. “I don’t think anybody would accept a leader of the organization who they didn’t feel completely understood Charlie and would be 100% dedicated to fulfilling his vision for where this group is going.”
Kirk’s chief of staff, Michael McCoy, said, “She’s our retribution.”

Erika Kirk, the founder of the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like You and the mother of the late CEO’s two children, will helm an organization that has a presence at over 3,500 American schools, over 2,000 TPUSA student groups, and over 800 TPUSA faith groups. Kolvet recently indicated that TPUSA has been inundated with well over 37,000 new chapter requests.
According to its tax filings, TPUSA’s revenue for the fiscal year ending June 2024 was $85 million.
The TPUSA board indicated that Erika Kirk’s election was unanimous.
“All of us at Turning Point USA have a special role in carrying Charlie Kirk’s mantle and completing his vision of bringing us all closer to our Lord and fostering a prosperous country for generations to come,” the board said in a statement.
“As Charlie always said, ‘We have a country to save.’ We will not surrender or kneel before evil. We will carry on,” continued the board. “The attempt to destroy Charlie’s work will become our chance to make it more powerful and enduring than ever before.”

Coldplay singer asks 80,000 fans to ‘send love’ to ‘Charlie Kirk’s family’ during final tour stop
Coldplay singer Chris Martin sent out an unexpected message during the final show of his tour last week.
The band was wrapping up its 10-show stint at Wembley Stadium in London, which saw a reported 800,000 fans file in to hear the group play during the tour, according to Joy Online; an average of 80,000 per show.
‘So beautiful. Thank you for saying this.’
During the performance, Martin addressed the crowd several times, but it was his words to his fans before playing his 2005 hit song “Fix You” that have gone viral online.
‘We Pray’
“For the final time for a few years in London, let’s raise our hands like this and send love anywhere you wanna send it in the world,” Martin began, per Metro. “There are so many places that might need it today.”
Raising his hands in the air and urging fans to join in, the 48-year-old continued, “So, here it comes from London. You can send this to your brother or your sister, you can send it to the families of people who have been going through terrible stuff, you can send it to Charlie Kirk’s family, you can send it to anybody’s family.”
Fans cheered at each message, including the one about Kirk, and also when Martin mentioned more places to send the love.
“You can send it to people you disagree with, but you send them love anyway. You can send it to peaceful people in the Middle East, in Ukraine and Russia,” he added, before starting the song.
‘Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall’
The next day, some commenters online were not happy with the tribute toward Kirk.

“Charlie Kirk? Really?” one woman wrote on a Coldplay Instagram post.
“I’ve been at concerts, I cried, I laughed with you. … I’ve [had] to read this about Kirk. Are [you] serious? Like really? My world fell apart,” another fan wrote below.
These comments were quickly washed out with an overwhelming amount of fan reactions that were spreading love, though, just as Martin seemingly had hoped.
Another video showing the singer’s remarks was soon swamped with loving messages as well.
“So beautiful. Thank you for saying this,” singer Mary Millben said.
“I love it,” professional shooter Jamie Villamor said. Brittany Aldean, actress and wife of country star Jason Aldean, also commented with a heart-eyes emoji.

‘Viva La Vida’
Not only were Coldplay’s posts filled with adoration over of the gesture, but by the time the band posted a tour-ending video on Tuesday, all its fans had seemingly forgot about any controversies and delivered thousands of comments of support.
“Highlight of my summer,” one fan wrote.
“I wish I could do it all over again,” another added.
Coldplay’s tour was technically the most attended in history, with more than 13 million tickets sold.
This beat out Taylor Swift’s 2024 tour at No. 2, Oasis’ 2025 return at No. 4, and even Michael Jackson’s 1988 tour at No. 5. However, a big asterisk is that Coldplay’s tour is considered a continuation from 2022.

TikTok is finally coming home
After what were described as high-stakes talks in Madrid, President Trump and the Chinese have seemingly fashioned a deal that will please both parties when it comes to TikTok.
Whether users are watching Chinese factories shuck garments or consuming soft-core pornography via the platform’s top star, a TikTok ban is not popular among American consumers, content creators, or activists.
‘I’ve reached a deal with China, I’m going to speak to President Xi on Friday.’
After seemingly working for months to get a deal done that would not only limit the exposure of Americans’ data to foreign adversaries but keep the app alive for the doom scrollers, Trump announced this week that his discussions with China have gone “VERY WELL.”
“The big Trade Meeting in Europe between The United States of America, and China, has gone VERY WELL!” the president wrote on Truth Social Monday.
He continued, “It will be concluding shortly. A deal was also reached on a ‘certain’ company that young people in our Country very much wanted to save.”
According to insiders, American companies will finally have a stake in the massive app.

While a U.S. buyer has not been officially identified, the Wall Street Journal has reported through unnamed sources that a group of buyers could include Oracle, Silver Lake, and Andreessen Horowitz.
Oracle is a software company, Silver Lake is a private investment firm, and Andreessen Horowitz is a venture capital firm.
The consortium would control TikTok’s stateside business with 80% ownership, and existing American TikTokers would be asked to move their viewership or content to a new app that is reportedly being tested.
Oracle will allegedly be responsible for housing user data in Texas, which is a long flight from the usual data mines of Singapore, where TikTok parent ByteDance stores some of its U.S. data.

“We have a deal on TikTok, I’ve reached a deal with China, I’m going to speak to President Xi on Friday to confirm everything up,” Trump told reporters as he left the White House this week, per the BBC.
As for China’s side of the deal, deputy head of China’s cyberspace administration, Wang Jingtao, said that part of the agreement includes “licensing the algorithm and other intellectual property rights.”
“The Chinese government will, according to law, examine and approve relevant matters involving TikTok, such as the export of technology as well as the license use of intellectual property,” the Chinese official added.
According to CNBC, the deal is expected to close in the next 30 to 45 days.

The ABC television network nuked the poorly performing “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” show on Wednesday after its eponymous host suggested that the homosexual leftist arrested for allegedly assassinating Charlie Kirk was a Trump supporter and a member of the MAGA movement — an assertion that has no factual basis.
President Donald Trump congratulated ABC “for finally having the courage to do what had to be done” and called the show’s cancellation “great news for America.”
Liberal activist organizations, Democrats, and Hollywood script-readers who didn’t make a peep when conservatives and populists were canceled in recent years rushed to condemn Kimmel’s visitation by consequence, complaining of imagined government censorship and fascism.

The liberal X knockoff Bluesky — where some leftists have celebrated Kirk’s assassination — teemed on Wednesday with hysterical hot takes and the mantra, “I stand with Jimmy Kimmel.”
Critics cognizant of the great pleasure that Kimmel took in demonizing conservatives and vaccine skeptics and in celebrating their cancellation appear less than sympathetic over his ouster. They certainly aren’t buying the line that the liberal host is “some kind of free speech martyr.”

Some might recall, for starters, when Kimmel — among the corporate late-night hosts who wept bitterly over Trump’s 2024 election victory and long pushed the Russia collusion hoax:
insinuated that the president bore some blame for the alleged attempt on his life in September 2024 as well as for the 2018 Sante Fe High School mass shooting; suggested that Trump was a Nazi and that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) was a “Klan mom” in need of a slap; gleefully championed the imprisonment of the president;misrepresented HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s statements about the health consequences of the COVID lockdowns;called UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s suspected murderer “the hottest cold-blooded killer in America” and shared messages supposedly penned by producers on his show expressing admiration for Luigi Mangione;celebrated when Alex Jones faced potential ruin, having been ordered to pay $965 million in damages over his suggestion that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax;smeared Tucker Carlson as a propagandist for the Kremlin, attacked Carlson for advocating against masking children outside, then joked at length about Carlson’s exit from Fox News; made light of the heavy sentences given to Jan. 6 protesters, then later criticized Trump’s pardons for the protesters, whom he referred to as “simpletons”; andcondemned NBC for daring to host a Trump town hall event ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
Other critics might recall when Kimmel joined Stephen Colbert and other willing Big Pharma propagandists in spending years not only fearmongering but mocking those Americans who expressed concerns about taking the experimental COVID-19 vaccines — vaccines that were neither as safe nor as effective as promised — or resisted the draconian pandemic health protocols.

In September 2020, he attacked a Utah woman who protested against wearing masks, calling her “the world’s dumbest person” even though it was clear early in the pandemic that masking was more theater than science.
Kimmel said in a May 2021 monologue addressed to those Americans who refused to get the vaccine, “If we don’t get more people vaccinated, we could see new mutations of this virus and go through this all over again.” He then once again strongly suggested they take the shot “as a public service.”
The host also ran condescending clips belittling vaccine skeptics, in one case stating, “Grow the f**k up and get the vaccine.” The video concluded with the caption, “Brought to you by people who are smarter than we are.”
In September 2021, Kimmel suggested that hospitals should not treat the unvaccinated, particularly those interested in taking ivermectin.
“Dr. Fauci said that if hospitals get any more overcrowded, they’re going to have to make some very tough choices about who gets an ICU bed. That choice doesn’t seem so tough to me,” said Kimmel. “Vaccinated person having a heart attack? Yes, come right in, we’ll take care of you. Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goo? Rest in peace, wheezy.”
Kimmel added, “We’ve still got a lot of pan-dimwits out there.”
In January 2022, Kimmel ran a fake “anti-vaxx Barbie” advertisement that mocked Florida and Kentucky, insinuated a link between vaccine skepticism and anti-Semitism, and portrayed hesitancy about getting vaccines as moronic.
The ouster of a man who suggested health professionals should let the unvaccinated die, celebrated the financial and professional fall of those with differing viewpoints, and expressed delight over the potential imprisonment of his preferred candidate’s rival appears to have earned him the disdain of some of those now happy to see his time slot freed up for a Charlie Kirk memorial.

The forces behind the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel
In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Jimmy Kimmel delivered a monologue, still available on YouTube, in which he insinuated that the accused assassin was part of the “far-right.”
“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,” Kimmel said during his monologue. He added that the “MAGA gang” was trying to “score political points” following the shooting.
On Wednesday night, Sinclair and Nexstar Media Group, two of the largest ABC affiliate networks, said that Kimmel’s show would be pre-emptively taken off air, effective immediately.

“Mr. Kimmel’s remarks were inappropriate and deeply insensitive at a critical moment for our country,” said Sinclair Vice Chairman Jason Smith. “We believe broadcasters have a responsibility to educate and elevate respectful, constructive dialogue in our communities. We appreciate FCC Chairman [Brendan] Carr’s remarks today, and this incident highlights the critical need for the FCC to take immediate regulatory action to address control held over local broadcasters by the big national networks.”
“Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located,” said Andrew Alford, president of Nexstar’s broadcasting division. “Continuing to give Mr. Kimmel a broadcast platform in the communities we serve is simply not in the public interest at the current time, and we have made the difficult decision to pre-empt his show in an effort to let cooler heads prevail as we move toward the resumption of respectful, constructive dialogue.”

Nathan Leamer, a former FCC official in the first Trump administration, told Blaze News that Sinclair and Nexstar forced ABC’s hand in a “rebellion” against the network. Leamer also praised Carr’s approach, saying that the FCC is not forcing any action but rather “creating a lane for companies to make good decisions.”
Sinclair will be airing a special tribute to Charlie Kirk on Friday. In addition, Sinclair asked Kimmel to issue a “direct apology” to the Kirk family and to give them and Turning Point USA a “meaningful personal donation.”

Peter Navarro’s book is a warning: If they can jail me, they can jail you

Peter Navarro, once a senior economic adviser to President Trump, begins his account with a boarding-gate arrest worthy of a thriller: five armed agents, leg irons, and a cell once used for John Hinckley. He ends with a defiant claim — that a man can emerge unbroken after 120 days in what he calls a “lawfare gulag.”
The new gulag is not only a place. It is a habit. Navarro’s account shows how to break it.
Navarro doesn’t argue that America has become the USSR. His point is sharper: Bureaucratic impunity and political prosecutions can turn any free nation into a maze of petty tyrannies.
Kafka behind razor wire
The book’s middle chapters read like Kafka with a side of commissary ramen. Navarro describes a prison “camp” wrapped in razor wire, a dentist prescribing sunscreen the commissary didn’t sell, and commissary prices triple those at Target. He recounts a sudden Special Investigative Services raid that smashed showers, flooded the dorm, and locked inmates down. A First Step Act loophole denied him time credits because his sentence included no supervised release.
Absurdities pile up, but the lesson is deadly serious. Systems that multiply rules and shrug at conflicts breed injustice.
Executive privilege on trial
Navarro anchors his refusal to testify in claims of executive privilege and Department of Justice-recognized testimonial immunity for senior presidential advisers. He dismisses the Jan. 6 committee as a political theater project designed to “expose for exposure’s sake.” A White House letter, he says, purported to waive a predecessor’s privilege — something he insists an incumbent president should not have the power to do.
Skeptics may doubt Navarro’s reading. But the incentive structure he highlights cannot be ignored. If an incumbent president can extinguish a former president’s privilege at will, and if Congress can punish disputes it should legislate, then the machinery exists to criminalize losing an election.
That is not a conspiracy theory — it is a theory of incentives. And it is what Navarro says happened to him after the Biden administration took power.
Survival notes
Blaze News readers will recognize the moral of Navarro’s ordeal. He refused to plead the Fifth — not because it wouldn’t have helped, but because, as he writes, he would not validate a process he viewed as punitive.
