NSA Pushes Anti-White Racism & ‘Queer Theory’ Among Employees, Leaked Document Shows

Most powerful surveillance and data collection agency in the world more focused on “diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice” than on real national security priorities.

The National Security Agency (NSA) is promoting a culture of anti-white racism and gender ideology within its ranks, leaked documents reveal.

A copy of the NSA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Glossary that was leaked to The Daily Wire reveals the agency providing a list of 327 woke “social justice” definitions commonly seen in Critical Race Theory and LGBTQ literature such as “white fragility”, “queer theory” and “whiteness.”

The 34-page document drafted internally on May 6th, 2022 characterizes itself as “a glossary of terms and language commonly used in dialogue regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice” and cites radical Critical Race Theory peddlers like Robin DiAngelo and Ibram X. Kendi.

The NSA defines “white fragility” as a state in which “even a minimum amount of racial stress becomes intolerable, triggering a range of defensive moves [in white people].”

“These moves include the outward display of emotions such as anger, fear, and guilt, and behaviors such as argumentation, silence, and leaving the stress-inducing situation. These behaviors, in turn, function to reinstate white racial equilibrium. Racial stress results from an interruption to what is racially familiar,” the document says, citing DiAngelo, who authored the book “White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk about Racism.”

The glossary also defines a “privileged group member” to be people belonging to the following groups: “Whites, men, owning class, upper-middle-class, heterosexuals, gentiles, Christians, non-disabled individuals.”

“Whiteness” is defined as a “broad social construction that embraces the white culture, history, ideology, racialization, expressions, experiences, epistemology, emotions, and behaviors, and reaps material political, economic, and structural benefits for those socially deemed white.”

Other more obscure definitions include “transmisogyny” and “micro-invalidation.”

The former is defined as an “intersection of transphobia and misogyny” while the latter is defined as a disregard for the feelings or thoughts of a “person of color.”

The NSA document goes on about gender theory and makes the distinction between “equity” and equality.

“Whereas equality means providing the same to all, equity means recognizing that we do not all start from the same place and must acknowledge and make adjustments to imbalances,” the document states.

Other ridiculous terms in the glossary include “genderqueer,” “AFAB/AMAB: Assigned Female At Birth, Assigned Male At Birth,” “demigender,” “Latinx,” and even “same gender loving,” a term it claims is “a description for homosexuals” who think that labels like gay and lesbian “carry negative connotations.”

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-Fla.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee, last week confirmed the “insane” document belongs to the NSA and slammed the agency’s lack of national security priorities.

“I confirmed the authenticity of this document. Insane we have the NSA focused on training our intel analysts about white fragility, zi/zer, and countless other politicized terms no serious person uses. Let’s get back to preventing terrorist attacks and countering China,” he wrote on X.

“This is the NSA,” he later told The Daily Wire. “The National Security Agency, one of the most powerful agencies in the world, that the world has ever seen.”

This comes as the Pentagon asked Congress to earmark for $114 million for its “diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility” initiatives in 2024, the largest of its kind for the Department of Defense.

In other words, the government wants you the taxpayer to underwrite its racist and divisive policy protocols.
