NBA champion Antoine Walker asks why the WNBA doesn’t have any male ex-players covering their sport: ‘Is there a problem?’
NBA great and champion Antoine Walker sparked a debate by seemingly pointing out hypocrisy in the WNBA.
Walker won an NBA title in 2006 with the Miami Heat and was a fan-favorite for his three-point shooting and charisma.
Taking to his X account, Walker posed a simple question that the WNBA and its supporters are likely not ready to answer:
“Can somebody explain why there aren’t any ex nba players covering WNBA ? but there are ex women basketball players covering the NBA?” Walker asked.
While it is unclear if Walker was referring to any announcers in particular, the assumed premise behind his question is that the NBA is at a point where it is expected to incorporate female players into the mix for commentary and analysis, but there is no expectation for the women’s league to incorporate male former players.
The fans agreed, as the most popular reply to Walker told the former star to expect to be attacked for “asking a genuine question.”
“Is there a problem?” Walker replied.
“Great question, but you’ll never get a[n] honest answer to it,” one YouTuber chimed in.
Other fans blamed the culture around the WNBA, with one calling it a “disaster waiting to happen,” unless the male analyst was the “most politically-correct [and] soft commentator of all-times.”
Podcaster Dre Baldwin tried to offer blunt honesty and said, “talking about the WNBA, when you played in the NBA, is a step backwards. Talking about the NBA, when you played in the WNBA, is a step up.”
Meanwhile, one reader asked if any former NBA stars were “man enough” to take on such a role and said they were “probably too scared of what other men think.”
At least four former WNBA players are easily recognizable for their roles as NBA commentators and analysts, including: Lisa Leslie, Chiney Ogwumike, Rebekkah Brunson, and Candace Parker.
Stephen Bardo is seemingly the only ex-NBA player with a similar role in the WNBA — he is a color analyst for the Chicago Sky. However, Bardo is a relative unknown from the NBA and played just 33 games over three seasons, most of which (23) were in the 1993 campaign.

ED announces termination of Maine’s federal funding over males in female sports: ‘Be careful what you wish for’
The Department of Education announced its consequences for Maine after the state failed to meet its deadline for Title IX compliance on Friday.
With a “final warning” letter to Maine in early April, the ED has followed through with its April 11 deadline and will now seek enforcement by handing over its Title IX investigation of the Maine Department of Education to the Department of Justice
The federal government announced in a press release that it would proceed with the termination of Maine’s federal K-12 education funding, “including formula and discretionary grants.”
‘… choosing instead to prioritize an extremist ideological agenda over their students’ safety.’
The University of Maine System had already said it would comply with the new federal standards due to the risk of losing millions in grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. However, the state as a whole has rejected the implementation of President Trump’s executive order to keep men out of women’s sports and locker rooms.
“The Department [of Education] has given Maine every opportunity to come into compliance with Title IX, but the state’s leaders have stubbornly refused to do so, choosing instead to prioritize an extremist ideological agenda over their students’ safety, privacy, and dignity,” said Craig Trainor, the department’s acting assistant secretary for civil rights.
Trainor said that Maine will now have to defend its discriminatory practices in front of a judge from both the ED and the DOJ.
“Governor [Janet] Mills would have done well to adhere to the wisdom embedded in the old idiom—be careful what you wish for. Now she will see the Trump Administration in court,” Trainor added.
The attorney general of Maine filed a lawsuit against the ED last week and claimed there were violations in the department’s process to cut funding.
“Under the banner of keeping children safe, the Trump Administration is illegally withholding grant funds that go to keeping children fed,” said Aaron Frey, Maine’s attorney general. “This is just another example where no law or consequence appears to restrain the administration as it seeks capitulation to its lawlessness.”
The state accused the federal department of not conducting an investigation of its own, not notifying the state, and not reporting its findings to Congress.
Maine also claimed that it had “no way to get funds” to schools and other facilities to feed children.
Maine has, in recent history, supported male athletes in female sports. This has resulted in instances of a male athlete taking first place in a girls’ pole vault competition and taking a podium spot in girls’ high school Nordic skiing at the state championships.
The Maine Principals’ Association backed both outcomes and said it would not follow the president’s executive order.

Karmelo Anthony advocate blasts ‘disrespectful’ father of Austin Metcalf for showing up at Anthony family news conference
The president of the Next Generation Action Network — a group advocating for 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony, who’s charged with murdering high school star athlete Austin Metcalf — called Metcalf’s father “disrespectful” for showing up at a Thursday news conference for the Anthony family.
NGAN’s Dominique Alexander added that Jeff Metcalf’s presence at the event was “a disrespect to the dignity of his son,” according to a WFAA-TV live video feed of the news conference.
Alexander told those gathered that Metcalf ‘was not invited,’ that ‘he knows that it’s inappropriate to be near [the Anthony] family,’ and that his presence at the news conference ‘shows you all’ his ‘character.’
Metcalf’s 17-year-old son Austin was fatally stabbed at an April 2 track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Police arrested Anthony and charged him with first-degree murder.
Jeff Metcalf said the suspect got angry after being told he was in the wrong place and being asked to move: “I’m not trying to judge, but what kind of parents did this child have? What was he taught? He brought a knife to a track meet, and he murdered my son by stabbing him in the heart. The guy was in the wrong place, and they asked him to move, and he bowed up. This is murder.”
Anthony’s father said his son “was not the aggressor,” and Anthony walked free from from jail Monday after his $1 million bond was reduced to $250,000.
News conference delayed; Jeff Metcalf blamed
The start of Thursday’s news conference was delayed after Jeff Metcalf — seen on the station’s live feed holding a smartphone and wearing dark sunglasses — showed up and wouldn’t leave when requested to do so, WFAA reported. NGAN said the news conference wouldn’t happen with Metcalf in the room, the station added.
Dallas police were called, WFAA said, and there was speculation that Metcalf’s presence at the news conference violated a court order stating that Karmelo Anthony isn’t allowed to have contact with the Metcalf family. However, WFAA said Karmelo Anthony wasn’t at the news conference.
After about an hour delay, the station said Metcalf had departed the building, and he was seen speaking outside to a group of at least five uniformed police officers and shaking the hands of some of them as he left.

Soon after the news conference began, Alexander told those gathered that Metcalf “was not invited,” that “he knows that it’s inappropriate to be near [the Anthony] family,” and that his presence at the news conference “shows you all” his “character.”
Frisco ISD accused of intention to expel Anthony
Alexander also ripped the Frisco Independent School District, claiming that district officials intend to expel Anthony — who’s a senior at Centennial High School — prior to his graduation. Alexander added that “we will do direct action” outside the Frisco ISD offices in the coming days, and it “seems like they have made their mind up.”
The Frisco ISD provided Blaze News with the following statement Thursday when asked to comment on Alexander’s claim that the district intends to expel Anthony:
While Frisco ISD cannot comment on an individual student’s disciplinary record due to student privacy law, we can provide general information about District protocol and relevant law.
If a student in Frisco ISD is charged with a serious crime, called a Title V felony, the District looks at the case and decides if the student should be disciplined. The student and their parents will get a letter explaining what the school recommends.
If the school recommends expulsion, which means the student is removed from school, the student is not allowed to go on any Frisco ISD property while the decision is being made. A meeting will be held where the student can share their side of the story and show any evidence. After the meeting, the District will decide whether to go through with the expulsion and will let the student and parents know.
If the student is expelled, they might still get schoolwork and education through a special program called JJAEP. If the student has already finished everything needed to graduate, the district may let them graduate early instead of going to JJAEP. Whether the student is expelled or chooses to graduate early, they still can’t go on any Frisco ISD property.
Anthony’s mother speaks out
Anthony’s mother, Kala Hayes, was at times tearful and angry as she also spoke at the news conference.
Hayes said she’s a “stay-at-home mom” and that her “two-parent” family puts “God first in everything that we do.” She added that her family has been “under attack” and “threatened, harassed, and lied about” since the “tragic incident.”
“My 13-year-old daughter is afraid to sleep in her own bedroom!” a tearful Hayes hollered, noting that her husband’s “metal health” has “deteriorated day by day” in the face of having to take a leave of absence from work “because he’s afraid of what might happen to our family.” She also said claims about the family’s financial situation are “completely false” and that they “haven’t received a single dime” from the GiveSendGo fund for her son, which was nearing the $460,000 mark Thursday afternoon.
– YouTube
The Anthony family moved into a $900,000 home in a gated community in recent days, according to the Daily Mail, which added in its report that “the lavish lifestyle is in stark contract to the cash struggles Anthony’s father, Andrew Anthony, claimed to have in court Monday, where the parent claimed he was the sole breadwinner.”
At the news conference, Alexander also tore into “conservative operatives” who “have been posting nonstop about this case,” noting “misinformation about the [GiveSendGo] fund” and saying that claims about the family’s new house are false. Alexander also decried “bigotry” and “racism” against the Anthony family. On the other side of things, Karmelo Anthony’s defenders have been going viral on social media, with one of them actually declaring that Metcalf “got exactly what he deserved — point blank, period.”

Older woman ‘targeted’ college football star in extortion plot with sexual assault claim, player’s agent claims
Texas Longhorns wide receiver Isaiah Bond denied allegations of sexual assault, while his agent claimed the athlete was “set up” by the accuser.
Bond is currently ranked as the 10th-best NCAA wide receiver in the country by ESPN ahead of the NFL Draft and 57th overall in a recent mock draft by expert Mel Kiper Jr.
However, after a recent sexual assault claim, the 21-year old turned himself in and voluntarily cooperated with authorities, which resulted in a $25,000 bond.
The young athlete was arrested last week in Texas after a woman, approximately 29 years old, claimed he had engaged in sexual activity with her that she did not want.
According to NBC Sports, the woman claimed the two discussed having sex over text, which included “one act in particular, which the victim said she would consider.”
When the two met for a sexual encounter, Bond allegedly “brought up the notion of the act they’d previously discussed,” but the woman said she “was not comfortable trying it.”
The affidavit claimed that Bond did it anyway and was “using his body weight against her and covering her mouth.”
The woman alleged that Bond asked her to sign a nondisclosure agreement afterward, which she refused, and also offered the woman a payment.
Bond responded by saying the accusation was “patently false.”
“Unfortunately, claims like these prove to be harmful to all involved, absent full review. I kindly request that all reserve judgement until the authorities provide a complete report based on truth and evidence,” Bond said, per ESPN.
NFL reporter Ian Rapoport posted an email on X that was reportedly sent from Bond’s agent to all 32 NFL teams. The letter reportedly said that a “false narrative” had been amplified and a sinister plot had been unfolding.
“The truth, once revealed in its entirety, will show that [Bond] was targeted by a woman eight years his senior, relentlessly pursued, enticed by explicit photos & videos and ultimately setup [sic] for financial gain,” wrote agent Damien Butler.
The agent added, “Isaiah, like most twenty-one-year-olds, must show a higher level of discernment in social media interactions and access, however, he is completely innocent of the allegations levied against him and will fight to clear his name.”
Bond recorded 540 receiving yards and 34 catches with Texas in 2024 with five touchdowns. He previously played at Alabama and totaled 888 yards and five touchdowns in two years.

‘Family, faith, and grit’: Did Stallone just give Hollywood a knockout punch in new film?
Many films coming out of Hollywood recently have faced heavy criticism, not only for often pushing “woke” values but for being unoriginal — and Dick Boyce aims to change that.
Boyce is an investor and entrepreneur who has co-produced a new film alongside Sylvester Stallone called “Lost on a Mountain in Maine.” The story spans multiple generations and returns cinema to a time before smartphones, helicopter parenting, and digital overload.
“I just found there was an opening to do a movie like Disney used to make. Timeless values of family, faith, and grit that people could relate to,” Boyce tells James Poulos on “Zero Hour,” explaining that the film is about a boy who spent nine days without food or shelter and survived.
The film appears to bridge the divide between the older, less tech-savvy generations and the newer, digital-native generations.
“To tell stories to remind people that there is this continuity, that despite the fact that we’re going through all these iterations of really head-snapping change in many cases, there’s still a thread that’s stronger than that, and it might not be super obvious, but family is part of that,” Poulos comments.
The film also calls into question the impact of technology on these younger generations.
“They aren’t growing up in a way that is the best way, I think, to have a fulfilled, open, engaged life,” Boyce says, adding, “That does concern me about the evolution of technology.”
“There’s always been a lot of focus on the potential harms of technology, and those can be real, as with anything, as with fire. You know, these tools, you can always use them in the wrong way, and it can harm you,” Poulos agrees.
“I think the real question is what are you missing out on if you disappear into the phones, what are you running away from, what are you afraid of, that kind of temptation to willfully step back from real life? I think that’s where the real hazards can be,” he adds.

Disney actor admits to ‘fear for deportation’ — takes shot at Trump supporters over Gulf of America
Disney and “Star Wars” actor Diego Luna took jabs at President Trump’s supporters during an exchange with television host Jimmy Kimmel.
Things immediately got political for Luna during his appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” when the host asked him about the recent body of water name-change from the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.
“Are you guys also not calling it the Gulf of America or is that just us?” Kimmel asked the Mexican, who resides in California.
Luna replied, “I mean, who can take that seriously? Come on. That’s ridiculous.”
About two minutes into the interview, Kimmel, presenting himself as ever-sympathetic, said that things are likely “being taken very seriously back home” in Luna’s home country right now.
Luna responded by saying he and his racial subset have a fear of being deported.
“We feel worried and sad. Not just the Mexican community here, but the Latino community and the fear for deportation and family separation. It’s just too sad to see what’s happening.”
Of course, Luna’s worries would only be applicable should his community members be in the United States illegally, but the actor immediately began to question the host as to whether he had a part in, or voted for, deportations.
“I didn’t mean to lead you to a sad thing, but it’s worth saying,” Kimmel told his guest.
“But you did,” Luna replied. “The voting thing, what did you do?”
“Did I vote?” Kimmel asked. Luna affirmed his question.
“Who do you think I voted for? I might have to come live with you!” Kimmel replied.
‘It depends. It depends who you voted for.’
The segment pivoted to “Star Wars” toward the end, as Luna plays Cassian Andor in the Disney+ series “Andor,” yet another spinoff from the once-beloved universe.
Kimmel had asked the actor if the Force has the ability to spread through adjacent people or if it is limited to the actor only.
The 45-year-old not-so-jokingly replied, “It depends. It depends who you voted for.”
The crowd and Kimmel erupted in joy at the answer.
“Star Wars” actors have had a penchant for insulting their audience in recent years; star John Boyega even lashed out at the series’ followers recently for what he believed to be racial preference.
Boyega made his comments in Apple TV+’s “Number One on the Call Sheet: Black Leading Men in Hollywood” documentary.
Per Fandom Pulse, the actor described the films as “a franchise that’s so white that a black person existing in [it] was something.”
The actor even went so far as to claim that fans are only okay with black actors in supporting roles.
“They’re okay with us playing the best friend, but once we touch their heroes, once we lead, once we trailblaze, it’s like, ‘Oh my God, it’s just a bit too much! They’re pandering!'”
Boyega’s remarks ended up seeming contradictory, given that he complained that when black actors are included in the movies, they are “scattered in” and tokenized.

RFK’s autism toxin probe ignites deep divide among parents: Acceptance or cure?
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stated Wednesday that the agency plans to study several potential “environmental factors” that could be linked to the spike in autism.
Kennedy’s announcement ignited a fierce clash on social media among parents. Some backed his efforts to discover the cause, while others called for more dignity and acceptance for those with the disorder — as though the two had to be mutually exclusive.
‘There’s nothing wrong with him. F**k you RFK.’
During a Wednesday press conference, Kennedy shared autism statistics, warning that it is “increasing in prevalence at an alarming rate.”
“The [autism spectrum disorder] prevalence rate in 8-year-olds is now 1 in 31,” he said, referring to a study that examined children born in 2014.
Kennedy explained that there is an “extreme risk” for American boys, stating that they have a 1 in 20 chance of being diagnosed, and in California, those stats jump to 1 in 12.5 boys.
He highlighted the upward trend in “severe” cases.
“About 25% of the kids who are diagnosed with autism are non-verbal, non-toilet-trained, and have other stereotypical features,” Kennedy said, noting light sensitivity, stimming, and toe walking.
He called out the “epidemic denial” in the media, urging Americans to move away from the ideology suggesting that better diagnoses or changed diagnostic criteria could explain away the uptick in autism. The HHS secretary read out the results of several studies to support his claims.
“Obviously, there are people who don’t want us to look at environmental exposures,” Kennedy said. “We know it’s an environmental exposure. It has to be. Genes do not cause epidemics. They can provide a vulnerability, but you need an environmental toxin.”
Kennedy continued his address by stating how the failure to look into environmental toxins is harming families and fueling the increase in autism among young people.
“Autism destroys families. But, more importantly, it destroys our greatest resource, which is our children. These are children who should not be suffering like this. These are kids who, many of them, were fully functional and regressed because of some environmental exposure into autism when they’re 2 years old,” he stated.
“These are kids who will never pay taxes. They’ll never hold a job. They’ll never play baseball. They’ll never write a poem. They’ll never go out on a date. Many of them will never use a toilet unassisted,” Kennedy continued. “And we have to recognize we are doing this to our children.”
He announced that the HHS would conduct studies to determine whether any environmental factors — including ultrasounds, mold, pesticides, food chemicals, medicines, or air and water contamination — are linked to autism and, if so, remove those toxins.
While some parents applauded Kennedy for his dedication to finding the cause of the disorder, others felt his statements during Wednesday’s address were profoundly insensitive.
Variety featured an op-ed titled “My Son Is Not an Epidemic: A Father Responds to RFK Jr.’s Dangerous Autism Rhetoric.” The author called Kennedy’s speech “scientifically false and intentionally offensive.”
Axios published a piece titled “People with autism seek dignity where RFK seeks a cure.” Social media users bombarded the news outlet’s comments.
“Why not give dignity and also a ‘cure’ …?” one individual wrote.
“Can’t we do both?” another echoed.
Kennedy’s critics clipped and shared the portion of his speech where he listed how severe forms of autism have forced otherwise avoidable disadvantages on children. His detractors appeared to believe that his comments extended to those with even the most mild forms of the disorder, such as high-functioning individuals.
‘For my daughter, autism is not a [superpower].’
One social media user wrote, “I’m not giving that RFK Jr. video another share. Autistic people deserve understanding and acceptance.”
A father posted a video of his autistic son playing the piano.
“He is teaching himself piano and learns songs by ear. He taught himself to read at 2 years old. He’s in the 94th percentile for math. There’s challenges, but he’s the best thing [in] my life,” he wrote. “There’s nothing wrong with him. F**k you RFK.”
One mother stated, “My Son with Autism graduated college with honors, is an 8th grade math teacher, has a girlfriend, pays taxes, and contributes to society. RFK doesn’t know s**t about Autism.”
None of Kennedy’s critics seemed to address the studies he cited during his speech. Yet they seemed convinced that despite not knowing the cause of autism, environmental factors could not be to blame.
Another mother, who described herself as “not an [RFK Jr.] fan,” defended the HHS secretary’s remarks.
“He just described children with what some would call ‘profound’ or ‘severe’ autism at a press conference and i have already seen so much pushback about how ‘their kid who has autism isn’t like that’ and like……….congratulations???? mine is,” she said.
“For my daughter, autism is not a [superpower]. it makes her life very difficult. she struggles to communicate her needs, it’s hard for her to participate in things with other children,” she continued.
She criticized those who claim that autism “isn’t a disease,” stating, “For my child it is as debilitating as one.”
Other social media users responded to her post, with several questioning whether applying a “spectrum” to autism diagnoses “has done a great disservice” to those with more severe forms of the disorder.

Actresses Olivia Munn and Olivia Wilde mock all-female trip to space: ‘Is it historic that you guys are going on a ride?’
Actress Olivia Munn called out the recent all-female space crew for “gluttonous” spending after the celebrity-laden event was glorified as a landmark achievement for women.
An all-female celebrity crew went into what is technically considered space this week and was publicized as a benefit for “humankind.”
The New Shepard program, launched by Blue Origin under Jeff Bezos, sent an all-women flight (NS-31) into what is generally considered the boundary between Earth and outer space. Crew members included singer Katy Perry, CBS host Gayle King, activist Amanda Nguyen, scientist Aisha Bowe, filmmaker Kerianne Flynn, and Bezos’ fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, who was responsible for the crew’s selection.
The publicity stunt was even heralded by former astronaut Mae Jemison, who claimed the mission was about expanding the perspective of who is involved in space travel. The 68-year-old also made sure to correct a CBS host’s usage of the term “mankind” and reinforced the use of “humankind,” further bringing a feminist angle to the trip.
‘What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here?’
The alleged feat did not impress everyone, though. Actress Olivia Munn went off on the participants for rubbing such an expensive trip in the face of average Americans.
“What are they doing?” Munn asked while co-hosting “Today With Jenna & Friends.”
She continued: “I know this probably isn’t the cool thing to say, but there are so many other things that are so important in the world right now.”
“I know this is probably obnoxious, but like, it’s so much money to go to space, and there’s a lot of people who can’t even afford eggs,” Munn went on, again asking, “What’s the point?”
“Is it historic that you guys are going on a ride? I think it’s a bit gluttonous,” she added. “What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here?”
While Blue Origin once auctioned off a seat for $28 million, current estimates have such flights ranging between $150,000 and $450,000 per seat, according to People.
To make matters worse, there are currently a number of female astronauts — even some from Blue Origin trips — who are in space or have recently returned from a mission.
At the same time, actress Olivia Wilde took to her Instagram page to mock the trip with a picture of singer Perry kissing the ground upon her return, despite the flight taking only 11 minutes.
“Billion dollars bought some good memes I guess,” Wilde wrote.
The self-driving rocket took the celebrities 62 miles above Earth to what is called the Karman line, known internationally as the official boundary of space. The crew experienced approximately four minutes of weightlessness.
Sanchez said that the crew members were going to go up to space to “spread what they felt in different ways.”

Majority of Americans support deportation of all illegal immigrants
The Trump administration published a CNN polling analysis that found more and more Americans support the deportation of all illegal immigrants in the U.S.
Critics of the administration are accusing President Donald Trump of violating due process rights and other legal protections in his pursuit of the mass deportations he promised during the 2024 presidential campaign.
‘A majority of Americans, in fact when they’re asked this blunt question which I believe gets at the underlying feelings, do in fact want to deport all immigrants who are here illegally.’
What is clear from the polling analysis by CNN’s Harry Enten is that a majority of Americans support deportations after a period of lax border policies that allowed millions of migrants to illegally enter the U.S.
Four separate polls found deportation support ranging from 55% from the New York Times poll to 64% in a Marquette poll.
“So what you’re seeing essentially here is a very clear indication that a majority of Americans, in fact when they’re asked this blunt question which I believe gets at the underlying feelings, do in fact want to deport all immigrants who are here illegally,” Enten explained. “There’s no arguing with these different numbers because they’re all essentially the same across four different pollsters!”
Enten went on to show that support for lesser levels of immigration had increased from 38% in 2016 to an astounding 56% in 2025.
More recent polling shows that the support for Trump’s deportation policies continues to be popular, with about 53% supporting them after two months of seeing the policies in action.
The segment first aired in January, after which Enten posted the video to his official social media account on the X platform.
Here’s the video of Enten’s analysis:

Drugged for being boys: The TRUTH behind the ADHD scam
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that people are born with.
Well, at least that’s long been the narrative in the medical field.
But the fact that ADHD diagnoses and Adderall prescriptions have skyrocketed in recent decades, especially in young male populations, has many — even the left’s “experts” — questioning if ADHD is actually congenital. It seems they can’t help but ask: If ADHD is something you’re born with, why the enormous surge in diagnoses?
In a recent New York Times article titled “Have We Been Thinking About A.D.H.D. All Wrong?” writer Paul Tough challenged the idea that ADHD is solely a fixed, biologically driven condition and suggested that it might also be driven by various environmental factors, including increased academic pressure, pervasive screen time, sleep deprivation, and post-pandemic stress.
In response, the Daily Wire published an article titled “The ‘Experts’ Are Finally Admitting That ADHD Is A Scam,” in which the writer acknowledged that mainstream sources are finally beginning to question what many of us have known all along: ADHD is a misdiagnosis of normal behavior.
The writer alleges that the feminization of education, pharmaceutical greed, and the mislabeling of normal male behavior are what’s really driving ADHD diagnoses and prescriptions.
On a recent episode of “The Glenn Beck Program,” Glenn dove into these new conversations revolving around ADHD.
“The truth is we’ve been told not that a feminized education system has increasingly punished normal male behavior it doesn’t understand; it’s not that schools have lost their capacity to educate male students; it’s not that smartphone use and electronics in general have become distractions teachers have been unable to control. Instead, we’re led to believe that boys have suddenly become afflicted with a severe psychological disorder,” Glenn reads from the Daily Wire piece.
He agrees that what’s being done to boys in education is a travesty.
“Everything is just push the girls, push the girls, push the girls — ‘you can be anything.’ ‘Shut up, sit down, have some Ritalin’ to the boys,” he condemns.
The boys who are being written off as distractible and out of control are really just being typical boys. The Daily Wire article mocked one experiment conducted at the University of Central Florida, in which children were placed in front of a computer and shown two videos: a math lecture involving basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication, and a pod-racing scene from “Star Wars.”
Surprise, surprise — the kids were more likely to fidget and spin around in their chairs during the math lecture than they were when watching the “Star Wars” scene.
Using these “groundbreaking” findings, the UCF published a peer-reviewed article in the Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology titled “ADHD Kids Can Be Still — If They’re Not Straining Their Brains.”
The Daily Wire ridiculed this, arguing that the study merely “discovered the concept of boredom.”
Glenn agrees and humorously compares the UCF study to discovering that your children “like sugary cereal over bran flakes” and then trying to “get them on LSD” to correct the problem.
While it’s true that some children struggle to focus in school more than others, it doesn’t mean they have a psychological disorder, Glenn says. It means that “all kids are wired differently; boys and girls are wired differently.”
Our differences are not the problem. The problem is that “public schools are made for everybody to be the same.”
To hear more of the conversation, watch the clip above.

Biden tried to spare child-killer from death sentence — but he could get the chair anyway
A convicted killer whose federal death sentence was commuted by President Joe Biden may still face execution after he was indicted at the state level earlier this week.
On April 14, a grand jury in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, indicted Thomas Sanders for the brutal slaying of 12-year-old Lexis Kaye Roberts a decade and a half ago.
What Sanders has already been found guilty of doing is about as about as heinous as it gets.
Over Labor Day weekend in 2010, Sanders and his 31-year-old girlfriend, Suellen Roberts, decided to leave Las Vegas, Nevada, for a three-day vacation near the Grand Canyon. Roberts brought her daughter, Lexis, along with them.
As the trio drove back to Nevada, Sanders suddenly pulled off in a remote area of Arizona along I-40. He then shot and killed Suellen Roberts and kidnapped Lexis.
With Lexis held captive in his vehicle, Sanders then hit the road, traveling for days and more than 1,000 miles until he reached some woods in Catahoula Parish. There, he shot Lexis four times and slit her throat with such force that the knife left marks on her vertebrae, a DOJ statement said.
He left her body in the woods and fled the scene, prompting a nationwide manhunt that lasted a month. Finally, in November 2010, he was spotted at a truck stop in Gulfport, Mississippi, and arrested. He later made a taped confession that he had killed both mother and daughter.
In September 2014, four full years after the incident, a federal jury deliberated for barely an hour before finding Sanders guilty of one count of kidnapping resulting in death and one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence resulting in death. Within days, the jury sentenced him to death.
‘Mr. Biden commuted the federal death sentence imposed on Mr. Sanders to a sentence of life in prison, choosing to spare the life of a convicted child-killer over the victim, Lexis Kaye Roberts.’
A little over a decade later, Biden included Sanders among 37 federal death row inmates whose sentences would be commuted to life in prison without the possibility of parole. The last-minute commutations were signed on December 23, 2024, and announced on Christmas Day.
Then-President-elect Donald Trump was in no jolly mood when he received the news.
“To the 37 most violent criminals, who killed, raped, and plundered like virtually no one before them, but were just given, incredibly, a pardon by Sleepy Joe Biden,” he posted to Truth Social. “I refuse to wish a Merry Christmas to those lucky ‘souls’ but, instead, will say, GO TO HELL!”
Frustrated that the Biden administration thwarted the jury’s decision in Sanders’ case, Catahoula Parish District Attorney Bradley Burget says he will pursue the death penalty now that a state-level grand jury has indicted Sanders for the first-degree murder of Lexis Roberts.
“In 2010, the state deferred prosecution to the federal authorities, who successfully prosecuted and achieved justice for Lexis,” Burget said in a statement.
“Yet Mr. Biden commuted the federal death sentence imposed on Mr. Sanders to a sentence of life in prison, choosing to spare the life of a convicted child-killer over the victim, Lexis Kaye Roberts.”
Louisiana is one of just a handful of states in which death row inmates may be executed via electrocution. It also recently added nitrogen hypoxia as another execution method.
For 15 years, Louisiana had suspended all executions, but in February, Gov. Jeff Landry (R) announced that his state would begin carrying out the death penalty once again. On March 18, the state put to death Jessie Hoffman Jr., who raped and murdered 28-year-old Mary “Molly” Elliott on Thanksgiving Day, 1996. Hoffman was 18 years old at the time.

‘Kumbaya bulls**t’: Katy Perry’s post-space flight comments will make you CRINGE
Apparently, we’re supposed to jump and cheer because an all-female flight crew went to space for 11 whole minutes, supposedly proving that girls can do anything.
Maybe some of the world is celebrating. But those of us who know that this so-called gender gap is largely made up by radical left feminists — we’re all rolling our eyes.
That includes Sara Gonzales, who knows that this little stunt wasn’t some huge win for women. All that happened was “a bunch of chicks went to space.”
The flight crew included six women — Lauren Sánchez, fiancée to Jeff Bezos; pop star Katy Perry; Gayle King, co-host of “CBS Mornings” and editor at large at Oprah Daily; Kerianne Flynn, film producer and documentarian; Aisha Bowe, a former NASA rocket scientist; and Amanda Nguyen, a bioastronautics research scientist.
Upon landing, Katy Perry described the flight as “the highest high” and “surrender to the unknown — trust.”
She also said that the journey made her feel “super connected to love.”
“You never know how much love is inside of you, like how much love you have to give,” she said, claiming the mission was “all for the benefit of Earth” and that she had to “trust that the universe was gonna take care of [her].”
“You’ve got to trust in yourself on this journey, and then you feel in love when you come down for sure. And you’re feeling that strength, so I feel really connected to that divine feminine right now,” she continued.
“Trust in yourself? You didn’t do anything,” scoffs Sara.
BlazeTV contributor Matthew Marsden calls Perry’s comments “a whole collection of Kumbaya bulls**t.”
“This is what happens when you come away from real faith. … You have to come up with some mumbo jumbo to connect to something bigger than you,” he says, alluding to Perry’s forsaken Christian upbringing.
“It’s all about the all-female flight crew; it’s all about what race people are. We’ve got to play the intersectionality wars, and, ‘Oh wow, an all-female space crew!’” derides Sara. “Remind me to never sign up for that ever if it’s anything like what I just watched.”
To see the footage of Katy Perry’s insufferable speech and hear more of the panel’s commentary, watch the clip above.

Land of the free? Parents ARRESTED after refusing to vaccinate 9-month-old baby
America may be sold as the land of the free, but after the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families ripped five children from their parents’ arms for allegedly refusing to vaccinate their 9-month-old baby — the word “free” seems to mean very little.
The parents, Israel Rivera and Ruth Encarnacion, were then arrested for “familial kidnapping” last month when they took their children and fled to Texas to escape the DCF.
This all began when the family’s pediatrician filed a 51A “neglect” report when the parents declined vaccination for their baby boy on religious grounds — despite the fact that Massachusetts does allow religious exemptions for childhood vaccination, and the pediatrician reported the baby boy as healthy.
“In Massachusetts, you are legally, as a parent, allowed to decline vaccines. There’s no mandate that can force you to vaccinate your child. You have a right to a religious exemption,” Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” comments.
The Department of Children and Families then left a notice on the family’s front door of their apartment demanding to be let into the home in order to inspect the living situation. The parents refused, and frightened, hid.
The police came back the next day, and the family was so scared that they left and fled to Texas.
“They believed they would have more freedom to exercise their religious beliefs because though Massachusetts told them they had a right to a religious exemption to the vaccine mandate for children, that wasn’t what was happening,” Wheeler explains.
When a family member reported the family missing, the DCF filed a care and protection petition, which is an emergency order to take custody of the children away from the parents and give that custody to the state.
The judge granted the order without any due process of law.
Police then hunted down the parents in Texas, arrested them, and charged them with kidnapping their own children. The penalty, if found guilty, would be a $1,000 fine and a year in prison.
“Now, if this sounds egregious to you, it’s because this is beyond egregious,” Wheeler says.

Trump to slam border shut with vast buoy wall, tightening grip on illegal crossing chaos
President Donald Trump’s administration is gearing up to clamp down further on illegal crossings from Mexico by installing floating buoy barriers in the Rio Grande.
The Washington Examiner reported Wednesday that the Trump administration plans to place a 17-mile-long buoy wall in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.
‘Gov. Abbott deployed them soon after and proved that they were very effective.’
Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R), under former President Joe Biden in 2023, installed the state’s own buoy barriers to curb the nation’s illegal immigration crisis, particularly in the highly trafficked Eagle Pass area. The interconnected inflatable sphere buoys were four feet wide and acted as a floating fence that, when grabbed, would spin to prevent illegal aliens from being able to climb over.
It was the first time such a deterrent had been deployed along the U.S.-Mexico border, and the move faced legal challenges from the Biden administration’s Department of Justice. The lawsuit claimed that Texas violated federal law by failing to obtain authorization to install the barrier. It also argued that the buoys created both environmental and safety concerns.
Trump’s DOJ is expected to drop the case against Texas over its buoy wall.
According to the Washington Examiner, the first Trump administration’s Border Patrol initially developed the idea of installing floating barriers. However, it never did so due to the administration change.
After former Border Patrol agent Mike Banks was hired as Texas’ border czar, the state rolled out the plan independently. Banks is now the national Border Patrol chief.
The Washington Examiner reported that Texas wants to gift its 1,000-foot barrier to the Trump administration.
Selene Rodriguez with the Texas Public Policy Foundation told the news outlet that the state’s implementation of the buoy wall proved effective at deterring illegal crossings.
“Left to fend for ourselves, Texas found innovative solutions to secure our border and support our law enforcement,” Rodriguez stated. “The buoy barrier was a necessary measure that proved further action can be taken, and we are happy to see that measure now taken by the Trump administration.”
Border czar Tom Homan told the Washington Examiner that the floating wall is “a great border barrier concept.”
“[Border Patrol] was studying their use at the end of Trump 45 and thought they were an excellent method to secure the border and save lives,” Homan said. “They were not deployed because the administration changed hands. Gov. Abbott deployed them soon after and proved that they were very effective. Border barriers such as walls and buoys work. The data proves it.”

Miami coach says any player who holds out for a better NIL deal can ‘get out’ after Tennessee loses star QB over dispute
Miami Hurricanes football coach Mario Cristobal said any player who is looking to hold off playing until they get a better name, image, and likeness deal may as well get off the team.
Cristobal’s remarks came after Tennessee parted ways with quarterback Nico Iamaleava because the star player was looking to restructure, and reportedly almost double, his NIL deal.
Iamaleava was one of the first NIL-era football players to get a lucrative contract and subsequently represented the first public holdout between a school and a star quarterback over NIL compensation, CBS reported.
In the wake of Iamaleava’s departure from Tennessee, Cristobal attempted to get out ahead of any possible contract disputes with his own players, and he said they can either play under their agreed-upon terms or leave the team.
“We’re not going to do that at Miami, and I say that without any hesitation,” Cristobal said, per the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. “If anyone’s thinking that — and they could be the best player in the world — if they want to play holdout, they might as well play get out.”
Cristobal’s comments came after a Hurricanes spring game, with the coach positioning Miami as a school that does not believe in having such disputes.
“We don’t want to do that, and we don’t want Miami to become that,” he continued. “Too many guys have sweat and bled and laid it on the line on that field to ever become that kind of program.”
NCAA schools now seemingly find themselves in a similar battle to when NIL deals were first instituted — positioning themselves on the moral high ground when it comes to contract disputes and attempting to convince fans that any player who, rightly or wrongly, wants a restructured deal or more money is a detriment to the program’s dignity.
Tennessee coach Josh Heupel labeled the ordeal as the “state of college football” and claimed that “at the end of the day, no one is ever bigger than the program. That includes me, too.”
Heupel added, “It’s going to be around a long time after I’m done and after they’re gone, and that’s what special about being here is that there is a legacy and a tradition that is so rich and a logo that’s recognized not just across the nation but around the world, too.”
ESPN’s Chris Low reported last week that Iamaleava was seeking around $4 million, but Tennessee officials “weren’t going to blink.”
Iamaleava brought Tennessee a 10-3 record in 2024 and a spot in the College Football Playoff. He started in the Orange Bowl and averaged 221.2 passing yards per game, with 19 touchdowns, five interceptions, and 2,930 passing yards.
Tennessee’s athletic programs were ranked 18th in the nation in 2024 with a reported $154,566,935 income, according to data from USA Today.

New York Yankees say they are still committed to DEI initiatives: ‘Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee continues’
The New York Yankees said they are still hosting diversity, equity, and inclusion committees and summits, despite Major League Baseball removing references to such activities online.
While MLB removed references to DEI initiatives as well as its DEI-centric hiring pipeline program in March, sources inside the organization claimed the Yankees are still engaging in possibly discriminatory hiring practices that were thought to be finished.
At the same time, other race-based activities are still firmly in place.
‘Our dedication towards these efforts remains unchanged.’
Ahead of Jackie Robinson Day, an annual celebration by the league in which every player wears Robinson’s number, the New York Yankees were asked about their commitment to DEI by the New York Daily News. The franchise said that its commitments are unwavering.
“We are continually working with the members of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee and are actively engaged with our neighbors and community partners,” said Brian Smith, the Yankees’ senior vice president of corporate and community relations. “Our dedication towards these efforts remains unchanged, and our Diversity and Inclusion Committee continues to do its work.”
The outlet then noted the Yankees’ alleged five pillars of diversity, which were a series of buzzwords such as socioeconomic development, social responsibility, and health and wellness. The remaining two pillars were focused on “education” and working on diversity and inclusion within the Yankees organization.
This appeared to be in lockstep with what an MLB spokesman said on the matter in March: that the league’s stance on DEI had not changed despite public perception.
“As the commissioner stated, our values on diversity remain unchanged. We are in the process of evaluating our programs for any modifications to eligibility criteria that are needed to ensure our programs are compliant with federal law as they continue forward.”
MLB diversity-related websites appear to remain down, however, even the one referred to just days ago in the local report, titled “Diversity and Inclusion Committee | New York Yankees.”
A page that showcased a press release about the creation of the committee also no longer exists.
Although it seems the Yankees would prefer to be less public about the race-based initiatives, the diversity council reportedly meets twice per year and subsets of the group meet regularly.
Inside sources were alleged to have claimed that New York Yankees’ hiring practices have not changed either, meaning the team is still making staffing decisions based on race.

The illegal aliens picked up by ICE in Maryland while Van Hollen was in El Salvador
The White House released a list of illegal aliens who have committed serious crimes and have been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Maryland while Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland has been advocating for the release of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.
Abrego Garcia, a suspected MS-13 gang member, was deported back to El Salvador, causing backlash from Democrats and the mainstream media. Van Hollen is in El Salvador to pressure the government to release him back to the United States.
“Where was his concern when an accused killer was allowed to roam free due to the so-called ‘sanctuary’ policies of his state’s second-most populous county? Van Hollen didn’t say a word about the radical policies that put his constituents at risk,” the White House said on Wednesday.
‘This is about bringing home a man they ADMIT should’ve never been abducted. I won’t rest until then.’
Here are some of the illegal aliens recently arrested in Van Hollen’s state:
Jing Ming Long, Chinese citizen. He has a conviction for sex trafficking in Bel Air, Maryland.Salvador Vasquez-Rivera, El Salvadoran citizen. He has a conviction for sexual abuse of a minor.David Alejandro Orellana-Aleman, El Salvadoran citizen. He is a high-ranking leader of the MS-13 gang who controlled gang operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.German Ronal Del Cid Carranza, El Salvadoran citizen. He is a known member of the MS-13 gang with a conviction for possession of a loaded handgun.Wilmer Antonio Echenique-Navarro, Venezuelan citizen. He is a known member of Tren de Aragua.

Thug convicted of murdering woman who rejected his offer to ‘get high’; he said he felt disrespected by her ‘f**k off’ reply
An Iowa male was convicted last week of murdering a woman who rejected his offer to “come get high” — and he said he felt disrespected by her “f**k off” response.
A Polk County jury on Wednesday convicted James Bernard Johnson, 43, of first-degree murder for shooting Nikki Loffredo, 42, last summer in Des Moines, the Polk County Attorney said.
Evidence included text messages between him and his girlfriend admitting he had ‘popped’ someone recently.
Johnson took the stand and said he saw Loffredo walking on Euclid Avenue early on July 27 and planned to approach her, officials said. Johnson saw her again at the intersection of East Ovid Avenue and Cambridge Street at 3:48 a.m., officials said, adding that he yelled at her from his GMC Yukon to “come get high” with him.
Johnson said Loffredo responded, “Who are you? Never mind, f**k off,” the attorney’s office noted.
Officials reported that “Johnson said he felt disrespected and admitted he fired a handgun four times from his Tahoe, claiming he fired at the ground to frighten her. He then sped off in the vehicle. He denied that he intended to kill her. There was no previous connection between the victim and defendant.”
Loffredo died July 29 of her wounds, officials said.
Johnson was arrested Aug. 2, officials said, adding that evidence included text messages between him and his girlfriend admitting he had “popped” someone recently.
Johnson said he had consumed cocaine and marijuana the day of the shooting, officials said, adding that he has previous drug convictions and that “he stipulated to the charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon.”
The trial lasted a week, officials said, adding that the jury deliberated on the afternoon of April 8 and a portion of the morning of April 9 before announcing its verdict.
Officials said Johnson faces life in prison when he’s sentenced June 20.
According to the New York Post, Loffredo was a bartender and a mother, and her family said she was “very kind and compassionate and was always willing to help anyone in need.”
“She loved to spoil her nephews and take them to movies and Chuck E. Cheese,” her obituary reads, the Post said.

Trump admin takes steps to prevent illegal aliens from leeching off Social Security, welfare programs
President Donald Trump signed a memo Tuesday directing his administration to ensure that illegal aliens are not receiving taxpayer funds from Social Security Act programs, including Old-Age and Survivors Insurance, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
The initiative appears to be aimed both at eliminating the monetary incentive for foreign nationals to steal into the homeland and at pressuring the noncitizen net-takers already here to either wean off the dole or hit the road.
The memo directs the Social Security Administration to: expand its fraud prosecutor programs to at least 50 U.S. attorney offices; establish a Medicare and Medicaid fraud prosecution program in 15 U.S. attorney offices; investigate earning reports of individuals supposedly 100 years or older with mismatched records; consider reinstating its civil monetary penalty program; and reinforce program integrity measures so only those foreign nationals who satisfy all eligibility requirements can receive benefits.
‘This literally blew us away.’
In a fact sheet detailing the memo, the White House echoed Elon Musk’s recent revelation that over two million illegal aliens were apparently assigned Social Security numbers in fiscal year 2024 alone.
Venture capitalist Antonio Gracias, who has been working with the Department of Government Efficiency in scrutinizing the SSA, noted at the Wisconsin town hall where Musk highlighted the provision of Social Security numbers to illegal aliens, “This literally blew us away,” reported NewsNation.
“We went there to find fraud, and we found this by accident,” said Gracias.
Migrants authorized to legally work in the U.S. are eligible to apply for a Social Security Card — but in order to receive Supplemental Security Income, the Department of Homeland Security must class them as a migrant legally admitted and conferred permanent residency, a migrant granted conditional entry or asylum, or a migrant paroled into the country or admitted as a refugee.
Gracias suggested that in recent years, migrants were given SSNs automatically through the mail without an interview or showing identification.
The White House fact sheet notes that the multitudes of illegal aliens who entered the U.S. under the Biden administration are “siphoning dollars and essential services from American citizens while state and local budgets grow increasingly strained.”
The Center for Immigration Studies revealed in a December 2023 report that 54% of households headed by immigrants, including naturalized citizens, legal residents, and illegal aliens, used one or more major welfare program.
‘These taxpayer-funded benefits should be only for eligible taxpayers.’
The study indicated that 48% of “illegal-headed households” used food welfare programs; 39% relied on Medicaid; 18% relied on cash welfare; and 4% relied on housing programs.
The House Committee on Homeland Security noted in a November 2023 report that the cost in federal welfare for every one million parolees released into the U.S. under the Biden administration was likely in the neighborhood of $3 billion annually.
As of 2022, American taxpayers were shelling out at least $182 billion annually to provide services and benefits to illegal aliens and their dependents, according to the Federation for American Immigration Reform report cited in the White House’s fact sheet. FAIR indicated that net cost is $150.7 billion if the estimated $31 billion taxes illegal aliens cough up are factored.
The White House noted that the $182 billion figure includes $66.4 billion in federal expenses and $115.6 billion in state and local expenses. Again citing FAIR estimates, the White House noted that “a million illegal aliens hold stolen identifications or fraudulent SSNs” — abuse that has long been widespread.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Tuesday, “These taxpayer-funded benefits should be only for eligible taxpayers.”
“President Biden should think about what he did in his last term, which is allow tens of millions of illegal people into our country, many of whom were fraudulently receiving these benefits.”
The Social Security Administration indicated that Trump’s memorandum “reinforces SSA’s commitment to safeguarding taxpayer dollars and ensuring the integrity of the programs it administers.”
“The Social Security Administration is dedicated to protecting the vital benefits that American workers have earned on behalf of themselves and their families,” said acting SSA Commissioner Leland Dudek. “We are committed to working diligently to implement the President’s memorandum and to ensure that benefits are paid only to those who should receive them.”
Martin O’Malley, the SSA commissioner during Joe Biden’s final year in office, told Government Executive, “This is all on brand for them, because they enjoy inflicting cruelty on people in the name of going after immigrants.”
“If they go forward with this representative payee plan, they are talking about interrupting benefits that are legally owed to Americans and American-born children here in the U.S.,” said O’Malley. “Just because someone might not have proof of their legal status on an SSA record doesn’t mean they aren’t the representative payee for a U.S. citizen, whether it be their husband with a disability, a mother-in-law, an American-born child.”

David Hogg starts ‘circular firing squad’ in Democratic Party with this radical move
Democratic National Committee Vice Chair David Hogg is causing problems the party would rather not deal with as Democrats are still struggling with how to properly counter the fast actions of the Trump administration.
Politico reports that many Democrats in the DNC and on Capitol Hill are venting their frustration over Hogg’s decision to have his personal organization carry out his mission of supporting primary opponents of Democrats in deep-blue districts. The move is highly unusual given that the DNC does not get involved in primaries in such an overt way, even if leadership is acting in a personal capacity.
Leaders We Deserve, which Hogg co-founded in 2023, announced plans this week to spend $20 million on incumbents who LWD believes are not doing enough to meet the concerns of younger voters because they have been in office for too long. Hogg has said he is not going to go after Democrats in swing districts.
‘Many of them will be lies. Many of them will be contortions of the truth.’
“We, as the DNC, need to be seen as a body that can be trusted, that’s not putting its thumb on the scales,” a DNC member told Politico. “We have to be so strategic and careful with our resources right now. … So why are we in this circular firing squad against Democrats?”
“Engaging in an aggressive, internal type of purging of incumbents that you disagree with is counterproductive to the mission of the DNC,” said Jay Jacobs, chair of the New York Democratic Party.
When Hogg ran to be a vice chair of the DNC, many raised concerns about his far-left views, worrying that those views would cement voter assessment that the Democratic Party has gone too radical. It is because of the Democratic Party’s shift to the left on many issues that President Donald Trump was able to form alliances with historically liberal figures like Tulsi Gabbard and Robert Kennedy Jr.
Other Democrats point to Hogg’s history as an activist as to why his decision to go after incumbents should not be a surprise.
Hogg has taken to X to defend his decision to stoke intra-party conflict. Before Politico published its story, Hogg said because of his vision, “there are likely going to be stories in the next few days and weeks about me and Leaders We Deserve that will aim to destroy my reputation in order to weaken this effort. Many of them will be lies. Many of them will be contortions of the truth because people want to maintain the status quo even though it is not working.”
On Thursday, Hogg clarified that Leaders We Deserve is not only going to focus on Democrat primaries but also get more young candidates involved in congressional elections.
“Too many elected leaders in the Democratic Party are either unwilling or unable to meet the moment and are asleep at the wheel while Trump is demolishing the economy, challenging the foundations of our democracy, and creating new existential crises for our country by the day,” the gun control activist said.
