‘I don’t need anyone else talking s**t’: NASCAR’s Frankie Muniz says he may be at ‘a new low’ after insane string of bad luck

Actor turned professional driver Frankie Muniz said he did not need anymore trash talk from fans and drivers following a one-in-a-million instance over the weekend.

Muniz finished 23rd at the Black’s Tire 200 on Friday in the NASCAR Craftman’s Truck Series, a result that could have been much worse if Muniz did not push through a remarkably rare showing of bad luck.

At the Rockingham Speedway in North Carolina, Muniz told reporters he felt his truck was “really good” and “really fast” — that was until his power-steering line burst, forcing him to start the second stage with no power steering.

“I don’t know if a rock hit it or if something hit it, you know, it literally burst it. Burst the line,” Muniz told reporters after the race.

Muniz showed off a gigantic blister on his hand caused by the freak incident and said pushing through the race was the hardest thing he had ever done.

“I just lost all power steering, ripped a hole in my hand, just trying to hold on to it,” he said, raising his hand. “But then we started the second stage with it like that, and that was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.”

The race was separated into two stages, the first with 45 laps, then 90, then finished with 65 laps in the third stage.

‘Maybe it’s you. Like, maybe you’re just not good.’

Muniz explained he did his best to stay out of the lead drivers’ way while still trying to finish the race; he had received criticism the week prior over alleged unpredictability while driving near the back of the pack. Muniz received complaints from drivers Brandon Jones and Ty Majeski, but he said he was more affected by remarks from the fans.

“It’s one of the first times I’ve gotten a ton of s**t — excuse my French — online from the fans … my whole life I’ve also had people talk crap about me online — warranted or not or whatever. I’m used to letting it go. But it does affect you. I’m telling you, it affects me because we haven’t had things go our way,” Muniz said in an interview.

Circling back to Friday, Muniz said he was purposely being more cautious.

“I don’t need anyone else talking s**t about me about being, you know, a moving chicane … so just let them go,” he added.

— (@)

On Monday, Muniz seemed worse for wear and took to his X page to say he felt worse about himself than ever.

“If I’m being 100% honest… Mentally/emotionally I may be at a new low. Just wanted to say it out loud.”

Despite being so hard on himself, the 39-year-old is ranked 24th out of 45 drivers and still has around a dozen races left to prove himself.

“I got bad luck,” Muniz said about the burst line. “My wife doesn’t believe me anymore. You know, I love my wife, and she’s super supportive, but she’s like, ‘Maybe it’s you. Like, maybe you’re just not good.’ I’m like, ‘I can’t help that!'”

16-year-old suspected driver arrested after store worker, 60, run over repeatedly, killed while trying to stop shoplifting

A 16-year-old suspected get-away driver was arrested Friday after a Southern California store worker, 60, was beaten up, run over repeatedly, and killed while trying to stop a robbery earlier this month.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s investigators are trying to identify several other suspects seen in the vehicle during and after the April 9 incident that took the life of Kourosh “Steve” Yaghoubi, who was helping at his brother’s store in South El Monte, KABC-TV reported.

‘I was there at the last minute of his life. I saw his face. I saw his eyes.’

The suspect reportedly asked Yaghoubi for a $10 box of masks and then walked out of the Giant Discount store in the 2000 block of Durfee without paying, the station said.

Yaghoubi chased after the shoplifter, KABC said, after which Yaghoubi was physically attacked in the parking lot.

“Doors open, two other guys exit the car, and one of them punches my brother in the head, he holds his head, and he goes down,” Yaghoubi’s brother Jim told the station.

The three males then got back into the car and ran over Yaghoubi, KABC said — first as they backed out of the parking space and again as they sped off.

“The body under the car was turning, all the way from the front tire to the back tire,” Jim recalled to the station, which said he watched his brother’s life get taken away.

“I don’t know why this happened,” Jim also told KABC, adding that “I was there at the last minute of his life. I saw his face. I saw his eyes.”

Paramedics pronounced Yaghoubi dead at the scene, KTLA-TV reported.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office will determine if charges are filed against the 16-year-old male suspect, whose identity was not released, KABC said.

You can view KABC’s video report here. You can view initial video reports here and here.

Those with information about this incident are asked to contact the LASD’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500, KABC said.

Ex-Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez’s wife convicted for her role in bribery scheme: ‘Partners in crime’

A Manhattan jury convicted Nadine Menendez on federal bribery charges for her central role in the elaborate, years-long bribery scheme that earned her husband, disgraced former Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez (N.J.), an
11-year prison sentence.

After eight hours of deliberation, the federal jury convicted the Democrat’s wife on all 15 counts including bribery, honest services wire fraud, extortion under color of official right, obstruction of justice, and conspiring to make her husband an agent of Egypt.

“Nadine Menendez and Senator Menendez were partners in crime,” Matthew Podolsky, acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York,
said in a statement. “Over the span of five years, Nadine Menendez agreed to accept and accepted all sorts of bribes — including gold bars, cash, a Mercedes-Benz convertible, and a no-show job — all in exchange for the senator’s corrupt official acts.”

Mrs. Menendez had wrecked her old Mercedes-Benz sedan fatally running over 49-year-old Richard Koop.

“Together, Nadine Menendez and the senator placed their own interests and greed ahead of the interests of the citizens the senator was elected to serve,” added Podolsky.

After leaving the courthouse Monday, Mrs. Menendez told reporters, “I think this is politically motivated,”
reported the New York Times.

According to her
updated indictment, the bribery scheme spanned several years — from at least 2018 until 2023.

The Democrat and his wife traded his political power and access to sensitive U.S. government information for gifts including cash, gold bars, payments toward a home mortgage, tickets to events, and a Mercedes-Benz. The new car,
a bribe from New Jersey businessman Jose Uribe, came in handy, as Mrs. Menendez had wrecked her old Mercedes-Benz sedan fatally running over 49-year-old Richard Koop in December 2018.

Bob Menendez, who became chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 2021, reportedly used his political clout to favor the Qatari government and to act as an agent of Egypt, while Mrs. Menendez facilitated the bribes. The Washington Post
indicated that while on the Senate committee, Menendez even committed to help Egyptian officials obtain military aid.

When federal agents raided the couple’s Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, home in June 2022, they found “the fruits” of the bribery scheme, including $150,000 worth of gold bars, over $480,000 in cash hidden throughout the residence, and $70,000 stuffed into Mrs. Menendez’s safe deposit box.

Some of the envelopes containing the cash were traceable by DNA and fingerprints to Fred Daibes, a real estate developer who faced a bank fraud case and sought the Democrat’s help in installing a sympathetic U.S. attorney in New Jersey.

Daibes was
found guilty of bribery, fraud, and obstruction last year with former Sen. Menendez and Wael Hana, the Egyptian-American businessman for whom Menendez pressured a senior U.S. Department of Agriculture official in an effort to protect a halal beef exporting agreement with the Egyptian government.

U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein set a sentencing date of June 12 for Mrs. Menendez — just days after her husband, who resigned in disgrace last August, is scheduled to report to prison,
reported CNN.

Hegseth vows to prosecute Pentagon leakers

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Pentagon staffers “will be prosecuted” if they are found leaking sensitive information within the department.

This push for investigations comes after top Pentagon officials were removed for allegedly leaking information to reporters. One of the officials who was removed, John Ullyot, also penned an op-ed on Sunday depicting behind-the-scenes turmoil within the department. In response, Hegseth said that Ullyot “misrepresented” his leadership and the department in his piece.

‘The leakers know who they are, the truth will be told, and we stand behind that.’

“We’re going to investigate and take it anywhere it leads,” Hegseth said Tuesday.

“It led to unfortunate places for people I have known for a long time,” Hegseth added. “It is not my job to protect them; I protect national security.”

Hegseth also argued that the leakers are working to curb President Donald Trump’s policies and leadership, prompting the investigation and subsequent prosecution of leakers at the Pentagon.

“When evidence is gathered — and this happened quickly — it will be handed over to the DOJ, and the people will be prosecuted,” Hegseth said. “The leakers know who they are, the truth will be told, and we stand behind that.”

Three other officials who were removed for alleged leaks — Dan Caldwell, Colin Carroll, and Darin Selnick — issued a joint statement on Saturday expressing disappointment in the Department of Defense but also maintained their support for Trump and his administration.

“We are incredibly disappointed by the manner in which our service at the Department of Defense ended. Unnamed Pentagon officials have slandered our character with baseless attacks on our way out the door,” the statement reads. “All three of us served our country honorably in uniform — for two of us, this included deployments to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. And, based on our collective service, we understand the importance of information security and worked every day to protect it.”

“At this time, we still have not been told what exactly we were investigated for, if there is still an active investigation, or if there was even a real investigation of ‘leaks’ to begin with,” the statement continued. “While this experience has been unconscionable, we remain supportive of the Trump-Vance Administration’s mission to make the Pentagon great again and achieve peace through strength. We hope in the future to support those efforts in different capacities.”

‘I’m here to do one job for the president and the American people: secure the country, America first, peace through strength. I don’t have time for leakers or hoax media.’

Notably, Caldwell was the senior adviser designated as Hegseth’s point of contact in the now-infamous Signal chat leak. Hegseth has maintained that the Signal chat did not include classified or sensitive information.

“It was the result of an ongoing investigation,” Hegseth said of Caldwell, Carroll, and Selnick’s removal. “We identified sufficient evidence; the evidence will have to keep going. They, or others near them, were party to leaking. I have a statutory responsibility, if I believe that is the case, to ensure they no longer have access, and the investigation commences.”

“If we think you are leaking to the press, that’s a real problem we take seriously at the Pentagon,” Hegseth added. “I’m here to do one job for the president and the American people: secure the country, America first, peace through strength. I don’t have time for leakers or hoax media.”

Dem attorney general targets officer as ‘political sacrifice’ for anti-cop agenda: National Police Association

The National Police Association accused New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez (D) of targeting a Las Cruces police officer and turning him into a “political sacrifice” for the anti-cop movement.

The NPA described Torrez as a “George Soros backed” prosecutor who is criminally charging an officer for conduct that the police department “explicitly authorized.” As a result, the association referred the AG on Wednesday to the Department of Justice, requesting the agency open a federal civil rights probe.

‘If this continues unchecked, the thin blue line will crumble under fear and hesitation.’

On August 2, 2022, Officer Brad Lunsford and his partner responded to a theft in progress at a Las Cruces gas station.

When they arrived at the scene, the officers determined that the suspect in the theft should be detained. However, the suspect allegedly began resisting arrest, resulting in a violent struggle between the three men. The altercation ultimately led to Lunsford discharging his firearm, fatally shooting the suspect.

“The suspect, Presley Eze, violently resisted arrest, knocked Officer Lunsford’s partner to the ground, and seized his department-issued taser. Faced with the threat of serious harm or death to himself and others, Officer Lunsford discharged his firearm to neutralize the danger. Investigations concluded that Lunsford acted appropriately and within department guidelines,” the NPA stated.

Yet, despite the investigations’ findings, Torrez indicted Lunsford for voluntary manslaughter.

Torrez called Lunsford’s actions “an egregious abuse of power” and “yet another example of poor police tactics resulting in an unjustifiable use of force to subdue an individual resisting arrest for the commission of a minor crime.”

Matt Chandler, Lunsford’s attorney, contended that his client’s right to a fair trial was violated after two jurors were improperly replaced with alternates.

“Every citizen is entitled to a fair and impartial jury,” Chandler stated. “In this case, we believe there was a direct violation of that right. Two jurors, who had been vetted and selected by the defense, were suddenly removed and replaced by alternate jurors. That alone is enough to call this verdict into question and demand a new trial.”

In March, the judge admitted there were errors in jury assignment.

“I’m either going to grant the new trial, or I’m going to deny it and it’s going to get appealed,” the judge said. “Those are the options I believe are on the table right now.”

In a Wednesday letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, the NPA argued that Torrez’s “actions do indeed suggest that the pursuit of Officer Lunsford through the grand jury process satisfied a political ideology masquerading behind the principles of justice.”

The NPA requested that the DOJ investigate whether Torrez committed constitutional violations and civil rights abuses in his pursuit of Lunsford.

“No officer should fear that he or she will be offered up as a political sacrifice or in furtherance of political messaging when he or she has committed no wrong,” the NPA told Bondi. “Likewise, no prosecutor should believe he can target someone with impunity for the sake of burnishing his own credentials or appeasing a crowd.”

Retired Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith, a spokesperson for the NPA, stated, “This is not justice — it is persecution.”

“Officer Lunsford followed his training, protected his partner, and survived a life-threatening encounter. Now, he faces prison not because he broke the law, but because he wore a badge,” she added.

“This case goes beyond one man,” Smith continued. “It sends a chilling message to every officer in America: Even if you follow department policy, even if you act to save a life, you may be sacrificed to score political points. If this continues unchecked, the thin blue line will crumble under fear and hesitation.”

Torrez’s office and the DOJ did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

‘The racism of low expectations’: Sunny Hostin says black people aren’t capable of getting IDs

Critics of voter ID who argue minorities are barred from voting because it’s too difficult for them to get to the DMV fail to see that their whining about marginalization is actually fueled by racism.

Take “The View’s” Sunny Hostin as an example. In a recent interview, Hostin said, “Black people don’t have cars, don’t have drivers licenses, so it’s sort of a vestige of post-slavery laws where black people had to prove their right to vote, and oftentimes they couldn’t vote because they couldn’t pass some crazy test or they didn’t have the appropriate ID.”

“It’s a brilliant notion that less voter ID laws allows more people to vote, and most democracies do it that way. We’re the only ones that really don’t do it that way,” she added.

“That’s an absolute lie,” says Pat Gray of “Pat Gray Unleashed.” “The racism of low expectations might be the worst kind of racism of all.”

“Your normal run-of-the-mill racism — that’s just based on ignorance. But this — the racism of low expectations — for that you have to believe, as so many of these left-wing elitist numbskulls do, that blacks are incapable of obtaining a photo ID, which is so incredibly demeaning,” he sighs. “It means that you believe they’re too stupid, too lazy, too incompetent.”

“Not only can you not figure out how to obtain this impossible task of a photo ID or where such a thing might be located, but they also think you can’t scrape together the five bucks” it takes to pay for an ID.

While Sunny Hostin might be dumb enough to actually believe that, Pat knows what the Democrat Party is really after: not equity but dependency.

Democrats need minorities to “have to depend on the benevolent benefactors on the left to continue to take care of them their whole lives,” he says, calling the notion “so condescending” and “so insulting.”

“But this is what the left has always done to minorities. They keep them dependent on their liberal lords and ladies — their betters. To them, blacks are just cattle, and they — the elitists — are the ranchers,” he explains.

As a result of minorities’ devotion to the Democrat Party, “they’re going to continue to treat [them] like garbage, as they have for the past several centuries; they’re going to continue to lead [them] around by the nose and make sure that [they] never exceed their incredibly low expectations,” says Pat.

Trump admin shuts down media narrative on ‘deportation’ of German teens who were visiting US

The Trump administration dismantled a media narrative reporting on the supposed maltreatment of German teens denied entry while trying to visit the U.S.

The teens said they were interrogated and falsely accused of violating immigration laws while visiting during a global backpacking trip. A New York Post story claimed they were given a deportation order.

‘We didn’t think it was happening to Germans. … We felt so small and powerless.’

On Monday, the Department of Homeland Security issued a statement on social media justifying its actions. The statement was in response to a New York Post headline about the story.

“Another false narrative. These travelers weren’t deported—they were denied entry after attempting to enter the U.S. under false pretenses,” the department said.

“One used a Visitor visa, the other the Visa Waiver Program,” they added. “Both claimed they were touring California but later admitted they intended to work—something strictly prohibited under U.S. immigration laws for these visas.”

The Post deleted its post on social media after the DHS statement, but its article kept the reporting on the claims from the teenagers.

Eighteen-year-old Maria Lepere and 19-year-old Charlotte Pohl had arrived in Hawaii on March 18 and intended to eventually go on to Los Angeles and Costa Rica. Instead, they were interrogated by U.S. officials and detained before denied entry.

Pohl told a German news outlet that officials distorted their words in the official report.

“They contained sentences we didn’t actually say,” she said. “They twisted it to make it seem as if we admitted that we wanted to work illegally in the US.”

Pohl said Customs and Border Protection were suspicious because the teens didn’t have hotel accommodations for their five-week stay in Hawaii.

“We wanted to travel spontaneously. Just like we had done in Thailand and New Zealand,” she claimed.

They were also upset at their treatment and the conditions at the detention center.

“We were searched with metal detectors, our entire bodies were scanned, and we had to stand naked in front of the police officers and were looked through,” Pohl continued. “Then we were given green prison clothes and put in a prison cell with serious criminals.”

They said they were very cold, were warned by a guard not to eat expired cheese in their meal, and were detained alongside someone who had been imprisoned for 18 years for murder. Pohl said they knew about Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration, but they did not expect to be affected during their visit.

“It was a shock. We didn’t expect it. We had already noticed a little bit of what was going on in the U.S.,” said Lepere. “But at the time, we didn’t think it was happening to Germans.”

She added: “That was perhaps very naïve. We felt so small and powerless.”

Medicaid madness: The RINO plot to sabotage Trump’s spending bill

On April 10 in an effort to advance President Trump’s agenda, House Republicans narrowly passed a budget resolution aimed at tax cuts, border security, and military spending. Hard-line conservatives, led by House Freedom Caucus members like Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), demanded deep cuts to Medicaid to rein in bloated entitlements.

But that didn’t land so well with the RINOs. On April 16, twelve GOP moderates sent a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) threatening to tank the upcoming reconciliation bill if it slashes Medicaid.

With the GOP once again divided, conservatives now brace for a high-stakes showdown as committees go to war over the bill’s details.

“Is the House actually trying to eat itself alive, or is this just how things are done in D.C.?” asks “Blaze News Tonight” host Jill Savage.

“It’s kind of both,” says Blaze News senior politics editor and Washington correspondent Christopher Bedford.

“The way things are done is a lot of circular firing squads and eating their own, but at the end of the day, different congressmen come from different districts with different voter backgrounds and different needs, and some of those congressmen are going to be more responsive to liberal voters, less able to be Chip Roys on these sorts of matters,” he explains.

The dissenting letter, he thinks, was “more of a warning shot than a ‘we will not work with you’” declaration.

“Generally speaking, there’s no bigger wimp than a moderate Republican. … At the end of the day they derive their power from their closeness to Republican leadership, so if Republican leadership whispers no and barrels ahead, they almost without fail will break,” says Bedford.

Blaze News editor in chief Matthew Peterson then raises a key question: How does the GOP reconcile Trump and Johnson’s former promises to protect or improve Medicaid given the budget resolution’s massive cut targets?

“It’s murky,” says Bedford, addressing Medicaid’s fate. “You have President Trump saying it’s not going to get touched; you have conservative fiscal hawks saying it needs to absolutely get touched; and you have Mike Johnson who says yes to everyone in town.”

While “it’s still all behind-closed-doors negotiations,” hopefully GOP leaders can at least work toward a Medicaid goal nobody should oppose: targeting fraud, abuse, and inefficiencies in Medicaid.

To hear more of the panel’s analysis, watch the clip above.

Exclusive: Unreleased DOJ report indicates top Biden FBI official retaliated against underlings who testified against her

The Oversight Project recently obtained an
unreleased report from the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General that appears to indicate that a top official in the Biden FBI retaliated against her underlings in response to their cooperation with an earlier OIG investigation that found misconduct revolving around her workplace affair.

Mike Howell, president of the Oversight Project, told Blaze News, “The report we obtained is yet another example of the disaster that was the senior leadership at Christopher Wray’s FBI.”

“The current FBI owes us significant documents about some pretty well sourced misconduct by [Deputy Director Paul] Abbate,” continued Howell. “New leadership at the FBI doesn’t absolve the bureau from needing to come to terms with some of its worst excesses.”

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz
issued a report in July 2021 indicating that a former senior FBI official — who current and former law enforcement officials confirmed to the Washington Post was then-Assistant Director of the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs Jill Tyson — “engaged in a romantic relationship with a subordinate and failed to timely report the relationship, in violation of FBI policy.”

The report, which did not name Tyson outright, noted that the FBI official not only participated in a hiring decision involving the romantically involved subordinate but “allowed the relationship to negatively affect an appropriate and professional superior-subordinate relationship and to disrupt the workplace by interfering with the ability of other FBI employees to complete their work.”

The OIG’s partially redacted October 2023 report, which the Oversight Project shared with Blaze News, claims that a senior female FBI employee — whom context and framing indicates was Tyson — tried to figure out which bureau staffers were being interviewed during the first investigation, then tried to “dig into [their testimony] a little bit.”

The senior official was upset with those who “betrayed” her, keen on “playing the long game,” and ready to get “back” at least one employee “eventually,” said the report.

The report also claimed that the top FBI official told one employee who cooperated with the OIG during its previous investigation that she would “never get another job” at the bureau.

Six of seven witnesses interviewed by the OIG reportedly testified that the top female FBI official spoke about the previous OIG investigation “in ways that made them feel uncomfortable or that they felt were inappropriate.”

During the first investigation, the senior female FBI official told an underling that she was “going to sue everyone who had provided negative information about her to the OIG,” according to the report.

She made statements about ‘getting back at one individual for their OIG testimony.’

The OIG also received an anonymous complaint indicating that the top FBI official, who apparently refused to sit for an interview with the OIG’s office, “‘regularly’ boasted that the FBI Deputy Director [Paul Abbate] had told [redacted] ‘to keep her head down and the FBI would take care of her.'”

The OIG report concluded that the top FBI official violated bureau policy on non-retaliation for reporting compliance risks when she made statements about “getting back at one individual for their OIG testimony and about suing [redacted] employees who she believed has provided negative information about her in the earlier OIG investigation.”

The OIG also concluded that Tyson engaged in unprofessional conduct by “making those statements and by speaking to [redacted] employees about their testimony in the earlier OIG investigation in ways that made them feel uncomfortable, making [redacted] employees aware of her access to documents related to the earlier investigation, and asking a [redacted] member to print and deliver to [redacted] a copy of a document describing [redacted] in connection with the OIG’s finding of misconduct in the earlier investigation.”

Blaze News reached out to Tyson and the DOJ for comment but did not receive responses by deadline.

The FBI declined to comment.

Around the time the OIG released its 2021 report concerning Tyson’s apparent violation of FBI policies in her handling of a romantic relationship with a subordinate, the Washington Post
reported that she had a “close working relationship with [then-]FBI Director Christopher A. Wray.”

The Post noted further that “Tyson plays a key role inside the FBI, managing its interactions and information-sharing with lawmakers. As part of that job, she prepares Wray for congressional testimony; current and former law enforcement officials said Wray likes and trusts her.”

Tyson — who also served as an at-large member of the FBI’s Diversity Executive Council — now works as practice lead of crisis communications at Google’s Mandiant Consulting, as well as CEO of Tyson Global Advisors.

Woke Boise mayor tosses Appeal to Heaven flag aside like trash, raises LGBTQ flag in defiance of state law

The radical mayor of Boise, Lauren McLean, took time on Easter Sunday to crumple up an Appeal to Heaven flag like trash so she could hoist an LGBTQ flag unobstructed at city hall in direct defiance of a new Idaho law.

Earlier this month, Republican Gov. Brad Little signed into law H.B. 96, which strictly regulates the flags that counties, municipalities, and other governmental entities in Idaho may fly on public property. The law mainly permits only those flags representing the U.S., the military, the state of Idaho, schools, and Indian tribes.

Despite this new law, Boise has continued to fly the “Progressive Pride” flag, depicting the rainbow associated with non-heterosexual identities, the colors affiliated with so-called transgenderism, and black and brown stripes that pay fealty to non-white skin colors.

“We will continue flying it because we are a safe and welcoming city that values all comers,” McLean said in a statement.

‘Now this is a mayor. We gotta re-elect her. She stands for all the people.’

Early Sunday morning, some area activists attempted to beat McLean at her own game. They brought a ladder, positioned it on the city flagpole, then proceeded to make some changes to the flags blazing there, video showed.

For one thing, the two men placed black trash bags over the Pride flag and a flag promoting organ donation.

They also clipped to the pole an Appeal to Heaven flag made famous during the American Revolution. Because of its official association with the state of Massachusetts, the Appeal to Heaven flag does not violate H.B. 96, the Idaho statesman said.

Later that morning, undeterred by the attempts to bring Boise into compliance with the new state law, Mayor McLean and an assistant went to the flagpole and restored the flags to the way they were.

Far from passively rearranging the flags, McLean took a knife of sorts and cut part of the Appeal to Heaven flag before her assistant finished the job, tearing away the flag and the black bags covering the Pride and organ-donation flags. McLean then balled the flag up into one of the black trash bags and tossed it on the ground like garbage.

Their actions were so politically charged that the Idaho statesman criticized McLean’s lack of “respect” for a flag “which has a lot of historical significance for Americans.” Yet McLean was so nonchalant about it all that at one point, she paused and wished some passersby a “happy Easter.”

Pam Hemphill — a rabid leftist who claims to have previously supported President Donald Trump and the MAGA agenda but who now takes every opportunity to excoriate MAGA and trumpet Democratic talking points — filmed McLean and her assistant and could barely contain her enthusiasm for their woke flag stunt.

“I am so happy. … This is wonderful,” Hemphill gushed.

“Now this is a mayor. We gotta re-elect her. She stands for all the people,” Hemphill continued, even as McLean and the assistant basically ignored her.

Hemphill also characterized her detractors as “idiots” and “haters.” “All you know is propaganda and hate,” she said.

Mayor McLean has managed to flout H.B. 96 so brazenly because the law is basically toothless. Even Ada County Sheriff Matt Clifford, whose office has been bombarded with complaints about the flag mess in Boise, has admitted there’s little he can do.

The law, as it stands, doesn’t provide any enforcement mechanism,” Clifford said in a statement posted to social media.

Clifford further noted that criminal laws generally “apply to individuals, not institutions,” but H.B. 96 applies mainly to local governments and government bodies.

Idaho Attorney General Raul Labrador, a Republican, also acknowledged that “the law does not allow for criminal prosecution in this situation.”

“I cannot prosecute conduct that is not a crime, and I will not distort or stretch Idaho law to invent one. What I can do — and am actively doing — is reviewing every available civil legal option under Idaho law in response to this situation,” he added.

President Biden was against men in women’s sports — administration was split on the issue, new report claims

President Joe Biden did not believe males who think they are females should be allowed in women’s sports, a new report has alleged regarding the 46th president’s administration.

While the entirety of the Biden administration wholly agreed that males should be able to enter female spaces based on their gender identity in some capacity, the idea of letting males play in women’s sports was not something every member of the Biden administration was fond of.

‘The president was particularly focused on the competition issue.’

The New York Times published a lengthy piece centered around Blaire Fleming, a male volleyball player who turned the world of NCAA women’s volleyball on its head with his refusal to step out of his role on a women’s team. While the article spoke of Fleming favorably, it revealed through interviews with former Biden staffers that it caused a split in the administration between two factions: one that wanted men in women’s sports and another that was only comfortable with men in women’s bathrooms. President Biden was apparently a part of the latter.

“The president was particularly focused on the competition issue,” an anonymous former Biden administration official told the New York Times.

Biden and his compatriots reportedly saw sports as having a zero-sum nature, which made them different from bathrooms, and recognized males have physical advantages over women. While the idea was still only that just some males have an advantage, it was enough to vastly differ from the other camp in the administration.

The compromise between the two sides was allegedly to have the Department of Education propose a new rule that schools would have the ability to “limit or deny” the participation of transgender athletes if it could be proven that they had an unfair advantage or risked player safety. The schools would not be allowed to have outright bans on males in female sports, however.

At the same time, though, Biden’s Title IX rewrite would have made it virtually impossible to prevent a male athlete from entering women’s sports if it were his right to be included in women’s “services” because of his “gender identity.”

The Supreme Court rejected the rewrite with a vote of 5-4, however; Justice Neil Gorsuch was the lone conservative who voted in favor of the changes.

Within the Biden administration, Susan Rice, director of the White House’s Domestic Policy Council, and Catherine Lhamon, the Education Department’s assistant secretary for civil rights, were both in favor of the changes and allegedly saw no legal difference between allowing men in women’s bathrooms and men playing on women’s sports teams.

‘Sharp and on his feet’: Elizabeth Warren can’t stand by last year’s defense of Biden’s mental health

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) had a hard time defending her past comments of former President Joe Biden’s mental acuity when confronted about the simmering issue on “Talk Easy with Sam Fragoso.”

Fragoso pressed Warren on why the Democratic Party is slow to pivot on how it operates when faced with stunning losses, like in 2016 and 2024. Warren said she does not like to dwell on the past if nothing is done to change actions for the future.

“Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity, he had a sharpness to him? You said that up until July of last year,” Fragoso noted.

The way Democrats handled the aftermath of Biden’s disastrous debate performance is still hotly contested within the party.

“I said what I believed to be true,” Warren replied. “I said I had not seen decline.”

In response, Fragoso gave a face that expressed shock and disbelief. “You did not see any decline from 2024 Joe Biden to 2021 Joe Biden?” Fragoso asked.

“Not when I said that,” Warren said, insisting Biden was “sharp and on his feet.”

Fragoso interjected that applauding Biden for simply being “on his feet” is not praise, since a president being able to stand is the bare minimum of what to expect from the leader of the free world.

“All right, fair enough. Fair enough,” Warren conceded before changing the subject to what Democrats in the Senate are going to do now that Donald Trump is president once again.

Fragoso then dropped the subject.

The way Democrats handled the aftermath of Biden’s disastrous debate performance against Trump last June is still hotly contested within the party. Alex Soros, son of radical left-wing billionaire George Soros who now controls his father’s vast network, told New York Magazine he believes Biden was “assassinated” by “the pundit class.”

“The fact of the matter is that if Donald Trump had gone on that debate stage and, you know, s**t his pants and had a heart attack, Republicans would still be there saying, ‘Yeah, he’s our guy,'” Soros said. “That meltdown that we had publicly is a discipline problem.”

Karmelo Anthony reportedly moved to undisclosed location after court approval over ‘alarming increase in death threats’

Karmelo Anthony — the Texas teen charged with murdering high school athlete Austin Metcalf earlier this month — has been moved to an undisclosed location due to an “alarming increase in death threats,” KDFW-TV reported.

The Next Generation Action Network, a group advocating for Anthony, told the station the location switch occurred after court approval.

‘It is both heartbreaking and infuriating to see the depths of hate and bigotry still alive and well in our society.’

Anthony has been on house arrest since his April 14 release from jail when a judge lowered his bond from $1 million to $250,000. Police arrested Anthony and charged him with first-degree murder after Metcalf was fatally stabbed at an April 2 track meet at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco.

NGAN told the station in a news release that in addition to death threats, there has been “continued harassment and physical intimidation targeted at the family’s home.”

More from KDFW:

Some of the harassment includes people visiting the Anthony family home, loitering and taking photos of the property, false food deliveries, disturbing mailings, including Austin Metcalf’s obituary, and people repeatedly circling the family home, taking photos and attempting to provoke fear and intimidation, the news release states.

Dominique Alexander, NGAN’s president, said a “dangerous atmosphere … has been created — an atmosphere fueled by organized hate, systemic racism, and intentional misinformation,” the station said, citing the news release.

“It is both heartbreaking and infuriating to see the depths of hate and bigotry still alive and well in our society,” Alexander added, according to KDFW. “No family should have to live under siege simply because they are demanding their constitutional rights. We will not be silent, and we will not back down. We are committed to doing whatever is necessary to protect this family and to ensure that justice is pursued without intimidation or fear.”

Alexander made headlines last week when he called Jeff Metcalf — the father of the murder victim — “disrespectful” for showing up at a Thursday news conference for the Anthony family. After Dallas police were called to the news conference, Jeff Metcalf was seen departing the venue.

Alexander told those gathered at the news conference that Metcalf “was not invited,” that “he knows that it’s inappropriate to be near [the Anthony] family,” and that his presence at the news conference “shows you all” his “character.”

Metcalf told the New York Post on Saturday that Alexander and Anthony’s parents at the news conference “should have pulled me up [to the front] and said, ‘We are so sorry. Our condolences.’ The only thing I would have said was, ‘Okay, can we pray together and show the world we’re united[?]'”

What’s more, just minutes after Metcalf was kicked out of the news conference, Frisco police said they responded to a report of a gunshot at his home — but soon determined the call was an attempt at “swatting,” which is a false call intended to cause harm through a police response.

‘Protect White Americans’ rally

NGAN said another reason Anthony was moved to an undisclosed location was because of a “Protect White Americans” rally held Saturday in Frisco, KDFW reported.

The rally took place in the parking lot of Kuykendall Stadium, where Metcalf was fatally stabbed, the station said. Jake Lang of Florida, charged in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, organized the rally, KDFW said.

The rally didn’t make much of a splash and was sparsely attended, the station said. Police appeared to arrest two counterprotesters — one for allegedly pepper-spraying a rally attendee and the other for interfering in the counterprotester’s arrest.

Lang said on X that he “broke into Kuykendall Stadium and got the first ever footage of Austin Metcalf’s blood stained on the stadium floor,” KDFW reported. Officials with the Frisco Independent School District said they filed trespassing charges against Lang for breaking into district property, the station reported, adding that Lang’s video was from “the home side of the stadium. The incident occurred on the visitor side, which can be seen across the field when he turns the camera off himself.”

In addition, video from the rally reportedly shows Lang speaking to Jeff Metcalf by phone and Metcalf telling Lang that he’s “part of the f**king problem” and that Lang is “trying to create more race divide than bridging the gap.” Lang is seen replying that Metcalf is exhibiting “white guilt.”

On the other side of things, Karmelo Anthony’s defenders have been going viral on social media, with one of them actually declaring that Metcalf “got exactly what he deserved — point blank, period.”

Anything else?

Soon after the April 2 stabbing, the arresting officer said Anthony reportedly told him, “I was protecting myself,” before the officer questioned him about the incident, WFAA-TV reported, citing the arrest affidavit.

Anthony also reportedly told the officer that Metcalf “put his hands on [him],” the station said, citing the affidavit, after which Anthony was handcuffed.

The arresting officer soon told a fellow officer arriving on the scene that he had the alleged suspect — and Anthony reportedly interjected, “I’m not alleged; I did it,” WFAA reported.

A witness reportedly noted to police that Metcalf — who competed for Memorial High School — told Anthony he had to move from under his team’s tent, the station said, citing the affidavit. With that Anthony opened his bag and reached inside, the witness told police, WFAA said.

“Touch me and see what happens,” Anthony told Metcalf, the station added, citing a witness.

Metcalf reportedly touched Anthony, the witness told an officer, and Anthony told Metcalf to punch him and see what would happen, WFAA reported.

The witness said Metcalf then reportedly grabbed Anthony, after which Anthony reportedly pulled out what the witness recalled as a black knife and stabbed Metcalf once in the chest before running away, according to the station, citing the affidavit.

Metcalf reportedly grabbed his chest and told others to get help, the witness told police, according to WFAA.

While Anthony was in the back seat of a police vehicle, an officer saw fresh blood on his left middle finger, the station said, citing the affidavit.

WFAA, citing the document, said Anthony while he was in the back seat of the vehicle also reportedly asked the officer if Metcalf was going to be OK. While being escorted to the squad car, Anthony asked an officer if his actions could be considered self-defense.

A GiveSendGo fund for Anthony sits at just over $500,000 as of Tuesday morning.

Anthony’s father contended in an interview with the New York Post that “everyone has already made their assumptions about my son, but he’s not what they’re making him out to be.” Anthony’s father added to the paper that his son “was not the aggressor” and is “a good kid. He works two jobs. He’s an A student, has a 3.7 GPA.”

Alexander during last week’s news conference ripped the Frisco ISD, claiming that district officials intend to expel Anthony — a senior at Centennial High School — prior to his graduation.

Trump admin ends Biden’s free ride: 5+ million deadbeat student loan borrowers to face collections

President Donald Trump’s Department of Education announced Monday that it will soon end the former Biden administration’s free ride for student loan borrowers in default.

The ED’s Office of Federal Student Aid will restart collections on May 5 for more than five million borrowers who have not made a payment for at least 360 days. Another four million borrowers — not yet considered to be in default — have not paid in 91 to 180 days.

“As a result, there could be almost 10 million borrowers in default in a few months. When this happens, almost 25 percent of the federal student loan portfolio will be in default,” read a press release from the ED.

‘The Biden Administration misled borrowers: the executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to wipe debt away, nor do the loan balances simply disappear.’

According to the department, 42.7 million student loan borrowers owe over $1.6 trillion. It noted that most borrowers are either delinquent or in an interest-free forbearance or deferment period.

“Only 38 percent of borrowers are in repayment and current on their student loans,” it said. “Resuming collections protects taxpayers from shouldering the cost of federal student loans that borrowers willingly undertook to finance their postsecondary education.”

The department has not collected on its defaulted student loans since March 2020, despite Congress mandating repayment in October 2023.

Trump’s ED slammed the former administration for its refusal to lift the pause on collections, which “kept borrowers in a confusing limbo.”

It further noted that under former President Joe Biden, the ED “failed to process applications for borrowers who applied for income-driven repayment and continued to push misguided ‘on-ramps’ and illegal loan forgiveness schemes to win points with borrowers and mask rising delinquency and default rates.”

Over the next couple of weeks, the FSA will notify those currently in default about the payment restart. It will begin sending notifications of wage garnishments “later this summer,” the department stated.

ED Secretary Linda McMahon said, “American taxpayers will no longer be forced to serve as collateral for irresponsible student loan policies.”

“The Biden Administration misled borrowers: the executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to wipe debt away, nor do the loan balances simply disappear,” she continued. “Hundreds of billions have already been transferred to taxpayers. Going forward, the Department of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Treasury, will shepherd the student loan program responsibly and according to the law, which means helping borrowers return to repayment—both for the sake of their own financial health and our nation’s economic outlook.”

Comer refers disgraced former NY Gov. Cuomo to DOJ for criminal prosecution: ‘Caught red-handed’

Andrew Cuomo resigned as New York governor in August 2021 after a report by the state attorney general corroborated 11 women’s sexual harassment claims against him. Investigators said that by groping employees and “making numerous offensive comments of a suggestive and sexual nature,” the Democratic leader created a workplace “filled with fear and intimidation.”

Cuomo, likely counting on New Yorkers to forgive or forget, now has his sights set on Gracie Mansion, the home of the mayor of New York City.

While currently fighting socialist Assembly Member Zohran Mamdani for dominance in the lead-up to the Democratic primary election in New York City’s mayoral race, Cuomo may soon also have to fight federal criminal charges.

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) referred Cuomo to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution on Tuesday, evidently hoping Attorney General Pam Bondi will take the matter more seriously than her predecessor, who ignored the October referral of former Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio).

‘It was a calculated cover-up.’

In his October criminal referral to former Attorney General Merrick Garland, Wenstrup, chair of the now-disbanded Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, noted, “Mr. Cuomo provided false statements to the Select Subcommittee in what appears to be a conscious, calculated effort to insulate himself from accountability. The Department of Justice should consider Mr. Cuomo’s prior allegedly wrongful conduct when evaluating whether to charge him for the false statements.”

Comer again seeks to hold the former governor accountable for allegedly making criminally false statements regarding his manipulation of a supposedly independent report concerning New York’s COVID-19 nursing home tragedy.

“Andrew Cuomo is a man with a history of corruption and deceit, now caught red-handed lying to Congress during the Select Subcommittee’s investigation into the COVID-19 nursing home tragedy in New York,” Comer said in a statement.

“This wasn’t a slip-up,” continued Comer. “It was a calculated cover-up by a man seeking to shield himself from responsibility for the devastating loss of life in New York’s nursing homes. Let’s be clear: Lying to Congress is a federal crime.”

In March 2020, the Cuomo administration issued a directive stating, “No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to [a nursing home] solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. [Nursing homes] are prohibited from requiring a hospitalized resident who is determined medically stable to be tested for COVID-19 prior to admission or readmission.”

The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic noted in a September report that as a result of this directive, over 9,000 COVID-19 patients were readmitted or admitted to nursing homes between March 25, 2020, and May 8, 2020, “causing predictable but disastrous consequences.”

A February 2021 study undertaken by the Empire Center for Public Policy concluded that Cuomo’s March 25 guidance “was associated with a statistically significant increase in resident deaths” — deaths Cuomo and his administration were later found to have undercounted.

“Statewide, the findings imply that COVID-positive new admissions between late March and early May, which numbered 6,327, were associated with several hundred and possibly more than 1,000 additional resident deaths,” said the study.

‘What difference does it make in any dimension to anyone about anything?’

Adding insult to injury, congressional investigators determined that Cuomo “personally drafted and edited portions” of a Feb. 11, 2021, New York State Department of Health report that blamed the spike in nursing home deaths on nursing home staff rather than on his directive.

“An analysis of the timing of admissions versus fatalities shows that it could not be the driver of nursing home infections or fatalities,” said the report.

Last year, Cuomo testified before Congress in a seven-hour closed-door interview. The Democrat claimed he was unaware of his devastating March 25, 2020, nursing home directive and suggested that nursing homes were not actually forced to admit COVID-positive patients.

When asked about the real death count, Cuomo channeled another controversial Democrat’s callousness, telling congressional investigators, “Let’s say there’s a 3,000 differential, 2,500. Who cares? What difference does it make in any dimension to anyone about anything? Do you know what I’m saying?”

While evidently prickled by this and other comments, House Republicans took issue with the former governor’s claims that “(1) he was not involved in the review or drafting of this Report, (2) he did not have any discussions about a peer-review of the Report, and (3) he did not have any knowledge of individuals outside the NYSDOH reviewing the Report.”

All three claims are, according to the Comer, “demonstrably false.”

“Mr. Cuomo must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Comer said in his Monday statement.

Cuomo spokesman Rich Azzopardi said in a statement obtained by NBC News, “This is nothing more than a meritless press release that was nonsense last year and is even more so now. As the DOJ constantly reminds people, this kind of transparent attempt at election interference and law-fare violates their own policies.”

“Referrals like these — which have been also made against Planned Parenthood, Hillary Clinton, and Anthony Fauci — don’t have to be resubmitted with a new administration, so the only point to doing this is politics,” added Azzopardi.

Maryland Democrat proves loyalty to Kilmar Garcia; shirks constituents to visit him

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) has been promoting his trip to El Salvador last week to meet Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal immigrant who is currently sitting in an El Salvador prison.

President Donald Trump is not amused by Van Hollen’s leftist antics, and he made that clear in a Truth Social post, writing, “Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland looked like a fool yesterday standing in El Salvador begging for attention from the Fake News Media, or anyone. GRANDSTANDER!!!”

“I probably haven’t seen a public stunt face-plant as hard since my pal and friend Eric Bolling put ketchup on his hands to talk about how Obama had blood on his, and nobody got it,” Christopher Bedford, Blaze News senior editor for politics, tells Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson of “Blaze News Tonight.”

“That he would go and leave his constituents,” he continues, “leave Maryland behind, go to a foreign country, post TikTok videos about it, post on Twitter about it, post on Instagram about it, go to a prison to demand the release of someone who’s not one of his citizens, someone who’s been affiliated with a gang, someone who an immigration judge and an immigration appeals court has found is affiliated with a gang.”

Meanwhile, Bedford notes that a Maryland mother of five was beaten to death by an illegal immigrant and only got a minor press release in response. Rachel Morin was only 37 years old when she was found dead near the Ma & Pa Trail in Harford County on August 6, 2023, a day after she left for a jog.

“Just to show you where his priorities are,” Bedford says, mocking Van Hollen, “‘I’m gonna fly all the way down to El Salvador, and you’re going to pay for it. And these are my constituents, the foreigners of the world.’”

“I’ve long written that Democrats care more about foreigners than Americans. Not all Democrats, but a lot of their politicians care more about foreigners than they do about their actual Americans,” he adds.

Trump lashes out at Supreme Court for blocking deportations

The U.S. Supreme Court issued an order early Saturday morning blocking the Trump administration’s deportation of suspected foreign terrorists under the Alien Enemies Act. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito alone dissented.

Justice Alito summarized the action thusly: “Literally in the middle of the night, the Court issued unprecedented and legally questionable relief without giving the lower courts a chance to rule, without hearing from the opposing party, within eight hours of receiving the application, with dubious factual support for its order, and without providing any explanation for its order.”

The president and his administration were by recent standards relatively quiet about the ruling — at least until Monday evening when President Donald Trump spoke out about the “ridiculous situation we are in.”

‘The Courts are intimidated by the Radical Left.’

Trump noted in a Truth Social post, “I’m doing what I was elected to do, remove criminals from our Country, but the Courts don’t seem to want me to do that.”

“My team is fantastic, doing an incredible job, however, they are being stymied at every turn by even the U.S. Supreme Court, which I have such great respect for, but which seemingly doesn’t want me to send violent criminals and terrorists back to Venezuela, or any other Country, for that matter — People that came here illegally!” continued the president. “The Courts are intimidated by the Radical Left who are, ‘playing the Ref.’ Great Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito correctly wants to dissolve the pause on deportations. He is right on this!”

Trump suggested further that a court-orchestrated failure to eject criminal noncitizens from the homeland poses an existential threat to the country itself.

“We cannot give everyone a trial, because to do so would take, without exaggeration, 200 years,” continued Trump. “We would need hundreds of thousands of trials for the hundreds of thousands of Illegals we are sending out of the Country. Such a thing is not possible to do. What a ridiculous situation we are in. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

‘We are confident we will ultimately prevail against the onslaught of meritless litigation brought by radical activists.’

In his dissent, which Justice Thomas joined and Trump referenced, Justice Alito noted that:

it was not clear whether the Supreme Court had jurisdiction; it was questionable whether “the applicants complied with the general obligation to seek emergency injunctive relief in the District Court before asking for such relief from an appellate court”; the majority appears to have violated the high court’s own rules in rushing to enter its overnight order;there was nothing concrete to support the claim the Venezuelan nationals were in imminent danger of removal;on the contrary, a Justice Department lawyer told Obama-nominated U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on Friday that no deportations were planned for Friday or Saturday; andwhile his colleagues in the majority provided class-wide relief, the district court never certified a class.

Following the Supreme Court’s overnight intervention, the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to reverse course and reject the emergency request to block the deportations of suspected foreign terrorists under the AEA.

Solicitor General D. John Sauer said in the government’s Saturday filing that the injunction was “unprecedented,” and he stressed that “at a minimum, the Court should clarify that its administrative stay order does not preclude the government from removing detainees pursuant to authorities other than the Alien Enemies Act.”

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt stated on X, “President Trump promised the American people he would use all lawful measures to remove the threat of terrorist illegal aliens, like members of TdA, from our homeland.”

Leavitt added, “We are confident we will ultimately prevail against the onslaught of meritless litigation brought by radical activists who care more about the rights of these terrorist aliens than those of the American people.”

RFK Jr.’s new autism study: The health care industry’s biggest nightmare

The momentum behind the Make America Healthy Again movement is strong. In fact, it’s so strong that RFK Jr. has now claimed that Health and Human Services will announce multiple new studies on the role of environmental toxins in autism within only three weeks.

“Within three weeks, and probably, we’re hoping in two weeks, we’re going to announce a series of new studies to identify precisely what the environmental toxins are that are causing it. This has not been done before, and we’re going to do it in a thorough and comprehensive way, and we’re going to get back with an answer to the American people very quickly,” RFK Jr. said in his announcement.

Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” couldn’t be happier.

“I love it because he’s so committed to giving us an answer. And he’s just being radically transparent about his process,” Wheeler says, noting that this is the biggest announcement from the Trump administration thus far.

“The point, though, is to differentiate between the monetary cost and the human cost of autism is incredibly important,” she continues. “It sounds so bold to say this, but autism is a very profitable business, and I’m not just talking about Big Pharma.”

“It’s hospital systems that deal with health crises that are due to autism diagnosis, doctors, and I’m talking both doctor’s networks and individual practitioners, we’re talking insurance companies, we’re talking therapists,” she explains. “There is an enormous infrastructure that profits off of autism.”

Which is why it sadly makes sense that those who profit from the illness are not pleased that RFK Jr. is attempting to find the real cause of it.

“He is going to need our support if he is going to be able to produce the results from the studies that are going to make a difference in our society, because there are many, many forces that are trying to impede him,” Wheeler says.

“But really, it’s not just him; what they’re impeding is the health and flourishing of our children,” she adds.

‘US citizen arrested’ narrative hype conflicts with sworn affidavit in Hermosillo case

A recent case of a U.S. citizen being arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in Nogales, Arizona, and then held for 10 days before being released caused another outcry among leftists who claim it’s another example of racial profiling under the Trump administration.

However, the I-213 document from the Department of Homeland Security shows that Border Patrol had many reasons to believe 19-year Jose Hermosillo was not a citizen of the U.S. and had crossed the southern border illegally. Hermosillo did not have identification on him when he was arrested, and according to the document, he stated he was not a U.S. citizen and was in the country illegally.

‘Q. OF WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU A CITIZEN? A. MEXICO’

AZPM reported that Hermosillo was visiting Tucson and “was lost and walking” near Nogales, which is an hour’s drive from Tucson, when he was arrested by Border Patrol on April 8. His girlfriend’s aunt Grace Layva said the family called numerous places looking for him, eventually discovering he had been placed in a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

Once his family provided a birth certificate and Social Security card, Hermosillo was released, and the case against him was dropped on Thursday.

“He did say he was a U.S. citizen, but they didn’t believe him,” Layva said. “I think they would have kept him. I think they would have if they would have not got that information yesterday in the court and gave that to ICE and the Border Patrol. He probably would have been deported already to Mexico.”

Despite Layva’s claims, Hermosillo apparently told agents a different story. According to the I-213 form obtained by Blaze News, Hermosillo stated numerous times he was citizen of Mexico and had crossed the southern border illegally:

Q. WHERE WERE YOUR BORN?
A. MEXICO
Q. OF WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU A CITIZEN?
A. MEXICO
Q. OF WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOUR PARENTS CITIZENS?
A. MEXICO
Q. WHERE DO YOU PARENTS RESIDE?
A. MEXICO

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY CLAIM TO BEING A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES?
A. NO

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY A LEGAL AUTHORITY THAT PERMITS YOU TO BE IN THE UNITED STATES LEGALLY?
A. NO
Q. WERE YOU INSPECTED BY IMMIGRATION OFFICERS AT A PORT OF ENTRY?
A. NO
Q. HAVE YOU ENTERED THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY BEFORE?
A. NO
Q. WHERE DID YOU ENTER THE UNITED STATES THIS TIME?
A. DESERT
Q. DID YOU KNOW IT WAS ILLEGAL TO ENTER THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT BEING INSPECTED?
A. YES
Q. HOW DID YOU CROSS THE BORDER BETWEEN MEXICO AND THE UNITED STATES THIS TIME?
A. IN THE DESERT
Q. ARE YOU IN THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY NOW?
A. YES

Hermosillo said he was in the U.S. to look for work and planned to stay in the country for 20 years. He claimed he had been arrested by Border Patrol the same day he crossed illegally.

The fact that Hermosillo appears to be a U.S. citizen raises questions as to why he did not give agents his correct citizenship information.

Here’s the ‘Truth About January 6’

Over the last four years, more and more information about what really went down on January 6, 2021, has trickled out. From FBI involvement to Capitol Police possible perjury, Blaze Media has been unveiling the bombshells that shatter the left’s anti-Trump insurrectionist narrative.

In our final episode of “The Truth About January 6,” BlazeTV is blowing that narrative wide open. We’ve got Capitol surveillance footage, conflicting timelines, and serious questions about Officer Harry Dunn’s story — the one he used to get rich and famous.

Blaze Media investigative reporter Steve Baker, who has studied Dunn’s every move for the last year and a half, says this exposé “will contradict everything he’s ever said about that day.”

In this episode, Baker dismantles Dunn’s story from beginning to end. From Dunn’s morning briefing and his violent encounters with protesters to his efforts to save Rosanne Boyland and the tirade of racial slurs that drove him to weep, Baker, armed with ample video footage, shows that none of it ever happened.

“There is no other conclusion that can be made: Dunn is either a pathological liar, or he’s been conscripted by the left-wing establishment in D.C. to support their narrative,” says Baker.
