Verizon failed to complete the permitting steps required to install a 100-foot cell tower in a Pennsylvania neighborhood, a Pennsylvania state court ruled. Verizon’s failure to complete a required site approval plan in time to meet the town’s building permit deadline gave local leaders the rationale to deny Verizon’s application, which many local residents opposed.
